Hi pains me do you even have to give them one star! I am in contact with them now they sent me the seat covers I did not order I sent an email back to them with the ones that I paid for in the ones that they send and they’re trying to tell me that they’re the right ones this company is absolutely horrible

I wish I could give them negative stars. Bought wall art for $70 and when it arrived months later it was cut out pieces of printer paper. Terrible company.

DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM HERE. I made a purchase for seat covers a little over a month ago and still have not gotten what I ordered. When I asked to cancel my order and get a refund since I just heard that my seat covers are still located in China and I live in the USA, I was told no because “it already shipped.” The person that helped me was Lea and they were extremely unprofessional and did not try to fix the error. I was offered $40 off if I spent even more money at this company and in order to get this $40 off I would have to spend over $100. It was a constant battle between me and this Lea person and I told them if they couldn’t refund my order I would like a refund for the shipping fee at the very least. Once I finally got an agreement, Lea told me the refund would take a month. When I asked for a supervisors number I was told they’re all on vacation as well as most of the employees. It’s a scam and I do not recommend this business or website to anyone. It was unprofessional, rude, and unapologetic.
I will write another review in March to say if my seat cover came in and if they did what quality they were.

DO NOT BUY!!!! NOT ONLY IS EVERYTHING IN CHINESE SO YOU CANNOT LOCATE THEM, ITS ALL BEDDING!!! I ORDERED CAR SEAT COVERS AND GOT SOLAR SYSTEM BEDSHEETS!!!

I ordered a few hoodies back on DEC 14th 2020, Here I am Jan 1st 2021.. Still no hoodies and they want to offer me a partial refund. They keep asking me why I want to cancel, then asked me what I want to cancel. 13 emails back and forth.. SCAM company folks! I'm calling my credit card company tomorrow and turning it over to the fraud department. I ordered the same hoodies from Amazon, 2 day free shipping!

The most awful company. I ordered curtains for over $200. It took two weeks to get the curtains, which were not the best quality, but pretty. The curtains were too short for the intended windows, and I reached out to the company to get information on how to return for a longer length. So far they have been stalling for the past three weeks, attempting to get me to keep the curtains. They have offered $20 "compensation" if I agree to keep the curtains. Which I of course refused. They then suggested that I repurchase another length, and they would give me a discount of an unnamed amount. I finally got tired and made a dispute with my credit card company, and am currently awaiting a decision. PLEASE BE FOREWARNED THAT THIS COMPANY BILLS AS DRESSWE WHICH ALSO HAS A LOT OF COMPLAINTS. Do your self a favor, and do not do business with them.

Very dissatisfied! Order 3D curtain. Was shipped the wrong curtain and it was less $ than what I paid for the one I ordered. Several emails including the item number I ordered and the item I received and the receipt get returned to me saying they shipped the one I ordered. They closed down the dispute option. Guess I should have read the reviews.

Quite the little scam you got going on here. You sell cheap, poor quality garbage for a hefty price, then make it completely impossible to return it for a refund. I will NEVER order anything from you again, nor will I ever buy another Chinese made piece of garbage again...

Do not buy anything from Beddington.
They have terrible customer service.
I purchased car seat covers. It took two weeks to recieve. When I got it it was the wrong color blue. I returned it the next day via UPS.
I could not contact anyone as they do not have a phone number. When I did find a number it was in China. I need to speak to someone in the USA.
I finally contacted someone from one of their websites and it was 2'am because the person I was communicating with was in China.
They were not very helpful, they ask me to understand the colors on their website are not accurate and that it was no one's fault. I told them they have the merchandise and I have nothing.
I paid $192 with tax they only refunded me $166.
I paid $91 to return via UPS they do not want to refund what I spent.
They are a lousy company in China with shipping in California. They are terrible, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Beddington!!!.

I ordered a set of car seat covers it took them 2 months to ship it and they sent me a totally different color.
I was trying to reach customer service but all they do is ignore me.

All this product is coming from China made with the lowest quality materials is not even close to what they look like on the website

I placed an order a few months back and i received part of the order, im still waiting for the rest of it so I can install my car seat covers

I ordered from their website bedding set for about 400$ and they screwed up on my order. I contacted Customer Service, but they don't help at all! THIS order turned into A NIGHTMARE for me !!!!
1) After you place an order, you are unable to see the STATUS, cancel, dispute it or track the order. I addressed this issue to their customer support - nothing was done. They COMPLETELY IGNORE!
2) Out of ALL 8 items, I received ONLY 1 item so far. AND On the website it says that IT'S COTTON! I was shocked- IT IS 100% SYNTHETIC MATERIAL ! I contacted Customer support and they said that they will send replacement. I mentioned that I already paid CUSTOMS on it ($30+) , and I don't want to keep paying just customs as THEY SENT WRONG STUFF! They said that it's NOT THEIR FAULT - our Government charges those fees. Well.... REALLY? Government doesn't know if it's the wrong stuff coming!
3) Five items they sent VIA DHL and provided them with WRONG phone number. DHL was not able to contact me and destroyed the package!!!!! Now they are saying :"Pay AGAIN and we will send you again! We cannot control WHAT DHL does! Really? Who gave DHL WRONG INFORMATION? I paid for my stuff and shipping cost - and they supposed to be confirming and making sure I get that. They sent a couple of emails (I never check that email, cause I use it to register on websites and it has so much junk). If DHL contacted them , why couldn't confirm my information to make sure I get notified properly? Do I have to do Customer Service job ????

These people are a ripp off...they took my money the first time for a 4pc COMFORTER SET , then I waited more then a month when i contacted them , they said it was cancelled ...so i told them to refund my money ..they decided to get me another , I agreed actually got it within the month ...but when the package arrived it was size of a small pillow ...Im like comforter cant fit in this ...opened it up ..they sent me a sheet set ...trying to get my money back ...SCAM

Exactly what I ordered and timely. After my order, I read reviews and was extremely nervous I would have to fight to get my order, not receive it at all, or not get my order as described. Well, I ordered my seat covers on Nov 16th and received them yesterday Nov 24th. I even went as far as calling UPS to verify the tracking number was legit as I couldn’t believe I was receiving them so quickly. They confirmed and low and behold my delivery came and the seat covers are exactly what I expected. Hope this helps someone else to feel more confident about their order.

A terrible ongoing experience! Ordered beige seat covers and after over a month received grey. Although quality seems good, color is way off(package was even labeled biege). For a month and a half I've been back and forth with so called "customer service", keep in mind you can't talk to anyone. all correspondence is done by e-mail. They insist they will accept return provided I pay postage(over $180 to China!) and they will send me the correct item at half cost(another $90). Although they're return policy on their website says they will pay for all charges for incorrect item , they must consider wrong color an acceptable mistake. They're responses to my e-mails seem to be generic responses(non human) and I'm coming terms with the reality that I'm getting screwed! Will never do business with Beddinginn again!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased car seats and have not received them. Customer service keeps messaging the the same response! Wil be reporting to the BBB.

I ordered some stuff never received waiting almost a month

Alright guys. Ive been seeing all of the reviews for Beddinginn.com. Short backstory. Went onto the site, wanted to buy car seat covers, didnt see any reviews on the actual website. Came here and saw these reviews. Did a little digging and in 2019 the company actually got flagged and put under investigation by the Better Business Bureau for all of the complaints in regards to packages never arriving and the company never responding to customers emails. On February 19, 2019 the company responded stating they will do their best to improve their service, your BBB will continue to monitor their complaints. Obviously the company hasn’t changed as the most recent complaints from customers are only from a few months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
