The orthopaedic mattresses are excellent quality and long-lasting - a very good investment to make. There is also a handy mattress removal service. They call up before delivery to double check details of the order and customer service is very good throughout. Very satisfied customer!

An excellent service as always. The advice given for a suitable mattress was very helpful, I had a great first nights sleep on it. The new bed was easy to assemble and came with instructions, Carl also advised on how to look online if we had any difficulties in constructing. The mattress delivery came on time, and I had two messages letting me know they would arrive within the hour and also to find the house which can be difficult. Carl also offered to help lift the packages upstairs, but we were ok doing it. I would happily recommend them to anyone I know and will of course use them again. Thank you. Jane Burrows.

Terrible experience with this company, bought a bed from them in which they did not include any instructions on how to assemble I had to ring multiple people just for basic instructions!
Bed also arrived damaged, one of the draws bottoms was broken on arrival, which I did notify them about but heard nothing back.
Contacting them is difficult and the delivery company they use were awful, very filthy van that it came in with the delivery guys hands covered in dirt which they didn't wash, they didn't wear a face mask when entering my house and they were impolite when speaking to me.
Would not recommend buying from them, I am not happy with the quality of my bed and it was not worth the large amount I spent on it.

Great customer service and a wonderfully comfortable Euroking mattress, high quality at a great price.

We were looking for a custom sized bed - shorter super king size, as otherwise it would be hard to walk past. I called Bedguru and Carl talked me through all the options and advised on all the parts of the bed I wanted. Carl was lovely and confirmed that the bed will fit into our room after receiving my measurements. Carl advised on the best mattress as I had no idea which one to go for. After having received the fabric samples, we purchased a divan, a mattress and a headboard and received it earlier than promised, about 2 weeks later. The whole service was so clear and transparent, and we’re very happy with our bed. It’s so luxurious and comfy, family and friends are very jealous! The price is very fair too and you actually get honest advice about the quality, quite different to the high street alternatives, who wouldn’t even consider providing us with a custom size and would use any trick in the book and make us pay more. I’ll only ever shop with bedguru for bed-related purchases:) Thank you team bed guru and Carl!!

I needed a custom size mattress and Bed Guru were able to supply. Carl called to discuss delivery date and assured me that removing old mattress would not be an issue. Over to Panther for delivery, there was a delay and from here on the communication was erratic. Finally mattress was delivered, delivery guys were great and the mattress is excellent. Would have been 5 stars with better communication from delivery company.

I ordered bed on Saturday around 3pm, received a call by 4pm saying they could deliver bed within 3 days. Website stated 2 weeks which I was willing to wait for this unusual sized bed order. It arrived in perfect condition at specified time. Delivery driver and customer service excellent.

I ordered a bed & mattress late afternoon on the 8th Sept and unbelievably it arrived in less than a week! Really happy with my new purchase and the service was great!

I ordered a side opening ottoman divan base bed. I was contacted by the lovely Carl, the next day, to discuss the mechanics of the bed and to confirm my order, who told me that my bed should be ready in 14 days. When I emailed about delivery on the completed date, I was informed when the bed will be with the courier.
I have received the bed now, the base is solid, the naples fabric is beautiful and well stitched. The springs for the opening are a bit stiff, but I'm sure they will loosen up when the bed is used more. Overall, I am satisfied with the bed and the company have been good to me. Thank you

We ordered a divan bed and headboard from Bed Guru as our mattress is a non standard size (180cm x 190cm) and we were struggling to find a bed frame that fitted without being too large to walk past. The bed guru website was easy to use and we ordered some free fabric samples to help us decide. We then placed our order and thought that as it is a non standard size and made to our fabric and drawer choice that delivery would be weeks away. It was a lovely surprise to get a phone call the next working day to offer delivery the following week. The divan halves and headboard arrived in the 2 hour slot we were given and we are so happy with our new bed. After 7 months being on a futon (our furniture was in storage during a drawn out lock down house move) to sleep in our new bed was brilliant. I also contacted customer service about a minor issue and was absolutely over the moon with their speed of response and their actual reply. Carl helped us and he is so nice! Would recommend bed guru beds to anyone looking for a new bed. We love ours and also found prices reasonable. Will use again when we can afford a new bed for the spare room. Thank you Bed Guru!

fantastic service from start to finish. I was a bit unsure of ordering online as I had not heard of Bed guru before, but so glad I did. I had a call two days after placing my order to confirm size and style of bed and had the bed delivered later the same week. Bed is of good quality and fits perfectly into the space under my window. My son has had a great sleep.
Delivery by Panther logistics was fab as well kept informed all the way, the two gentlemen who delivered it were both polite and friendly.

Ordered a Premium Orthopaedic mattress from Bed Guru in April but due to COVID I had to patiently wait for them to get back to work. My mattress is a custom size and Carl at Bed Guru was extremely helpful throughout. The mattress arrived on Monday by Panther Logistics who kept me informed of when they would arrive etc. Thank you Panther your delivery colleagues were really professional and friendly. I have had the best 2 nights sleep in ages. Thank you Bed Guru.

Had a great experience with Bed Guru. Carl was helpful from the start as I needed a specific configuration. Samples arrived quicker than any other company I ordered them from. I asked for a specific kind of fabric which wasn't shown on the website, but which they could provide, so its always worth checking.
My bed was here in 15 days (would have been 12 but I wasn't able to have it delivered on the first available day) Bed is lovely and I'm hoping it lasts a long time. They use Keen and Able for delivery to Cambridgeshire who were also faultless and assemble the bed for you.

Great service and great quality - we had a bespoke cabin bunk made. The issue was we needed two mattresses to fit top to toe ... Carl @ bed guru Was super helpful right from the start at enquiry helping us work our way to deciding what was needed through to final ordering: no pushy sales and delivered as expected.

Ordered a double bed and a daybed from BedGuru. After not finding the beds I wanted locally I found BedGuru online selling just the items I wanted. Very happy with both beds, particularly the daybed which is going to be so useful when the grandchildren come to stay. Delivery was on time and the drivers helpful in putting the beds in both bedrooms. Would definitely use this company again.

Falsely advertised mattress as medium, no way it's firmest mattress I've felt, floor would just be as hard. They wont exchange it as it's been over 7 days (classed as custom made..but was in stock and could be shipped out next day) and it's been slept on once, to try it out. Was told it could take several days to get used too...but if you sleep on it, no exchange or refund! Never trust them!! Spend your money else where!!

From buying to delivery I cannot fault this company at all!

Joanne in the office was an absolute star in dealing with our order especially because we had ordered an odd shaped bed (long story!)

They rang to confirm we had picked the sizes we had because odd sizes are specially made, cheerful, polite and so very helpful.

A text the evening before to say exactly which hour the beds were being delivered.

A phone call on the day, half an hour before delivery to firm up the precise time they would be with us.

The delivery men were super nice and helpful and took the beds upstairs and help me unwrap them to make sure there was no damage in transit.
Thy even took the rubbish downstairs and put it in our outside bin!

Like a said from start to finish it was seamless and the divan beds we ordered are fantastic quality.

Thank you Bed Guru when we need a bed we will be back and we have recommends you to many people :-)
