Bad delivery service
probably not worth buying from if you live in London. Bed Guru doesn't supply the beds they use other companies like Serene Furnishings in Birmingham , and they don't have their own delivery team, that is outsourced too. In our instance they use a company called TMF logistics (if you search for them and read their trustpilot reviews you will see how bad they are).
For several days now we have asked that the delivery be made this Monday and Tuesday as I am at home. For the past several days now we have had a text saying your delivery will be sent last Friday and last Saturday, each time we've phoned to say please send Monday or Tuesday they've said "okay yes, sorry thats in our notes we just thought you might be in". No delivery text today so alarm bells on so phone up and apparently delivery can only be made on Wednesday. WE HAVE GIVEN YOU PLENTY OF NOTICE AND EACH TIME YOU SAID OKAY TO MONDAY OR TUESDAY. SO FAR YOUVE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY TWICE LAST WEEK WHEN WE'VE TOLD YOU WE'RE NOT IN AND NOW YOU ARE GOING TO DELIVER AGAIN AFTER THE DAYS WE ARE IN.
Complaints department to TMF logistics via email only so they don't care. Waiting to hear back from bedguru to see if they can sort out this disaster.
