I just absolutely LOVE the bed 😍😍😍

It takes the shape of my body and feels like a protective womb where I can sleep just like a baby ;)

The bed is amazing. The madras on top was a bit hard the first night, but I have never slept better.

Fast delivery, and everything worked perfectly.

Bed is wonderful, linens are great and pillows are like little clouds. The team at Bedre Nætter were accommodating and helpful, my experience could not have been better.

Excellent customer service & comunicnation from initial order to delivery. Really happy with my new bed too.

UPDATE 2 (23/9): And once again I am back to say the money has still not been refunded. We have had to call 3-4 MORE times to continually be told it's being worked on etc. My guess is I'll be updating here again.

UPDATE 1: Despite the reply from Bedre Nætter on this review, we have, in fact, still not received the refund. 🤯 When I contacted them yet again, I've been told it will take another 2-5 working days. Last time they gave this timeframe on a phone call, it was already 6 working days ago. So the saga continues...

Bedre Nætter was recommended to us by multiple friends, but unfortunately, we would not recommend it based on the bed itself as well as significant customer service mistakes.

After a few weeks, we asked about exchanging our medium firm mattress for a soft one - both wrote the chat + called, and were told the medium mattress is the softest option possible. Then I looked on reviews on Trustpilot and read multiple cases where people exchanged medium for softer... So I went back to the chat (it was the same person) and said that. To my surprise, this time they said, 'yes not a problem'. So why did I have to convince you it was possible...?

The soft mattress was still too firm for us in the end, so we decided to return the bed. We were told to write in the return form that the money needs to be refunded to a different card than the one that purchased it (this was extremely important in our situation). Two weeks passed and no word from Bedre Nætter on the (large) refund. I followed up multiple days on the status and the request about a different card, and was told they would contact me when they've heard from the warehouse. I follow up for the third day in a row and am now told, the money is on it's way back... to the original card. I tell them that's incorrect, as stated, and then they say it's not possible to return to a different card. 🙄 So which is it!?

In the end, we'll see if a bank transfer is possible instead. But ARGH it is frustrating to get such conflicting information, not only from the team, but sometimes from the same individuals. I don't expect perfection, but with such a large purchase, you do expect a bit better.

We should have just gone with the bed from a physical store that we tried five months ago. Would have been easier than this.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I was investigating in few shops for similar products and also had at home one old cover. But that was exceeding my expectations. Soft, natural. I'm happy.

Sadly i reccived a damaged product due to transport damage. I emailed Bedre Nætter replied within 5 minutes. Offering a new product to replace the damaged goods. Never before have i had such great experience with any costumer service. I would reccomend for anyone 10/10.

It was easy to order from Beste nætter. It was easy to communicate white customers services and the where quick to answer my question. They delivered on time.

The mattress is very comfortable and easy to handle, and the delivery was superb.

Bedre Netter helped me find the bed that's suited for me, and they were extremly helpfull and professional when it came to returning of a bed that didn't fit me to well and ordering a new one.

Mattress was a harder than expected but overall the bed was okay.

The beds in Denmark are very diffrent in construction to UK beds, this combined with spending a relatively large amount of money online without trying something made me nervous. The delivery was good, construction was easy, and I sleep better than I have in years. I find the bed slightly too warm so plan to order the diamond topper and use the Mayan one I currently have on my spare bed.

Bought a Diamond mattress. Did not know what side was up but got a quick respons from support. Looking forward to my first sleep tonight on it, can already tell that it is better than the mattress that came with my bed. Also the side with cooling actually is cooler to the touch then other side. Recommend
