Helpful and friendly, they kept me updated on progress and threw in a better case for my prebuilt PC at no extra charge and it looks great! They answered all my questions clearly and went out of their way to make sure my PC was sent out for next day delivery. Great price too on the peripherals as well as the PC!
Even after receiving my Computer they reached out to check everything was OK and I had no problems with my purchase. So 5 stars for aftercare too! I would recommend Bedrock Computers to anyone and would happily do business with them again personally!

well worth the money
Loving my custom build pc and for a great price as well, everything is still running smoothly and going from a steam deck to this computer is a huge upgrade to say the least.

Excellent pc
This was our second attempt at getting a pc for my son the first one was a “budget “hand built one it didn’t work and was filthy did some research and got an entry level one from bedrock myself and my son couldn’t be happier after an initial problem with a fan connection was sorted with detailed instructions from Flynn it appeared it had just come out in transit , it plays all the games he wants and the product and service was excellent it was also very easy to set up and get started with which was good as I have no computer experience at all

Bought a whole PC setup for my son and…
Bought a whole PC setup for my son and the process was great from start to finish. Easy and clear to use website. Communication was brilliant, staff replied quickly and were very helpful and knowledgeable. We received everything safely, well packaged and quite quickly. Had a tiny issue with a windows code but after a quick email to ask about it I was responded to very quickly and had a follow up phone call to check everything was ok and resolved. Would highly recommend this company. I have a very happy teenager with a brilliant PC setup.

Worried about buying a PC from here. My friend bought one for around £500, and when it came, it could barely run Fortnite and Roblox. So, I would like to have some thoughts on which PC to buy if anyone could recommend a PC between £200 and £600.

Family feel with high technical knowledge & support
I took quite a while choosing which company to get my computer with - I was upgrading from a ridiculously outdated laptop that was falling apart, and needed something decent without being excessive for the moment. I chose them based on the website feel, product choices/filters and the easy access to find customer support even at that stage.
After ordering I got several update emails as my order progressed, letting me know where it was at in the process and providing me with relevant info (support documents, pdf/web links etc). It made me feel relieved knowing I had made the right choice, and when I got the latest email as it was shipped updating me with the exact specs it made me really happy - there were people behind the company (not just AI!).
After my order arriving and setting it up (it's great, and their guides are ace) I emailed with a few queries that were definitely things that could've just been disregarded post-sale, but no, Flynn has graciously answered each one and I feel in safe hands for the future if anything goes awry, or if I want to upgrade anything in my rig. Thanks to the whole team <3

A breath of fresh air...
I hardly ever make time to write a review but feel I really must give positive feedback for Bedrock Computers. I needed a gaming PC for my son and had no clue where to start, so I reached out to these guys and they gave me great advice. I felt they were very fair and honest - never trying to upsell me - and kept me brilliantly informed at every stage. We are very happy with the computer - it fits the bill perfectly.

Overall a very good experience
Overall a pretty good experience - they are obviously looking to help where they can and although I did have a small issue, the team helped resolve the issue quickly enough.
Shout out to Charlie and the rest for helping to make the first purchase the right one - daughter very happy with her gaming setup.
No idea about PCs, so the bundle was perfect for us - taking the guesswork out of it! Delivery speed was fine, and (very, VERY) well packaged to avoid damage.

Very happy with my experience
I bought a new pc which was very reasonably priced. It came quickly which was good. There was a slight problem when it arrived (which was no fault of Bedrocks) but Flynn quickly helped me to solved it via email. Would definitely recommend to others and would use again.

From the moment I got in touch with bedrock computers the experience was easy, fast and the staff beyond helpful. There was constant updates on how things were going and even a follow up to ensure everything was running smoothly. The delivery was spot on with my computer packaged carefully. Great Pc and communicative team
Super friendly and communicative through emails regarding every step of the process. Delivery did take longer than I had anticipated so I'm glad I ordered it way in advance of my son's birthday. The spec was changed slightly from what was expected due to availability of parts (but either better spec and performance etc) and there was a minor delay but they did communicate all of this. Set up instructions included and sent via careful delivery with repurposed fragile packaging.
Pc works great and my son is so pleased with his first proper gaming PC, and I use it too for work.
