Bedrock computers
Bedrock computers ? The experience has been nothing but first class through the whole process, from personal emails to checking up on how the computer is running. Communication is clearly important and I was left feeling very satisfied with the support if needed and clear personal guide lines about computer, the do's/don'ts, for someone who has not owned a computer since XP, but still working on them, it was refreshing and reassuring to know. Charlie and Flynn have been nothing bet accomodating. I will certainly be using them for my computing needs. The pc has been superb this far, but I know if anything happens or I'm stuck, I can always reach out to bed rock and be supported by the staff there. I can't appreciate them enough!

Slow and incomplete support
The PC arrived damaged with the front USB ports partially disconnected. I was able to repair them but the case fan also didn't work. After a support call that ended with they have no idea why it doesn't work, they eventually sent a replacement, which didn't work either. I didn't get any more replies when I emailed to say it doesn't work. I gave up at this point. The PC works ok apart from the fan but I wouldn't trust them with a more expensive purchase.

Really great budget pcs
Really great budget pcs, arrived withing a week for me, great specs for the budget I'm on and great team with great customer service. When there was an genuine iasue they made sure I got bang for buck or an upgrade never a downgrade and they made us feel like great customers.

honestly great value for money and a really good thing they are doing, making affordable pcs !!! i got the starter gaming pc with a couple of upgrades, had some delays in the original building of the pc and they upgraded the case for free !
i did have some issues with the pc that we tried to sort over email but ended up having to send it back to fix, but they gave me a free extra fan for this which is cool :D was frustrating to deal with issues but i trusted them all through the process and for the low price it didnt detract from the experience ordering with them at all :)
huge thanks to flynn in customer service for his helpful correspondence all the way through !!! and thank you to the whole team for sorting everything for me

Bedrock was recommended by a family member, from start to finish the team provided valuable updates and timescales. When the unit arrived it was a straightforward set up and all seemed well. Teething issue with RAM stick not fully set in place (possibly moved during transit) however, Flynn was quick to highlight this and offered clear instructions on how to rectify. Amazing service and brilliant computer
My computers amazing quality and customer service was great! Only missing one star cause it came without the driver needed for my wifi card which was difficult to install without wifi and wish I was told I need to purchase the antenna for it in advance as it did not come with the box. Otherwise great and I'm very happy with my pc :)

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service, regular updates as PC was a little delayed. Upgraded a part as ordered one was unavailable and upgraded case by way of apology. PC is fantastic.
I cannot recommend Bedrock enough, fantastic bunch.
Will certainly be using them again, now my go to for anything PC.

I can not fault you in anyway in…
I can not fault you in anyway in regards to the computer and your customer service but your delivery company has mess me around on two seperate occastions, this last occastion the driver lied about attemping the delivery twice and when i complained my delivery was accidently left off the van two days in a row, so i had to drive 45 minutes to their depot and collect the package myself

It’s an instresting company
It’s an instresting company, I have a budget computer from them and win 11 came preinstalled with an account witch personally I like setting up windows but fair enough then I try to reinstall it and it says your computer is not supported they installed it on unsupported hardware strange. Also I bought a gaming rig why is the only drive in the co outer big enough for games that doesn’t take up half of the drive a hhd propally won’t be buying from them again

Carbon Gaming PC, collected in person
I decided to order a " Carbon Gaming" PC to replace an ancient desktop which I use for composing and arranging music on. I phoned Bedrock and askddbyo speak to someone about my requirements. The call back was helpful, not tge slightedt 'pushy' about upgrades. I decided, because I live less than an hour away from Send and because there is a lot of 'porch pirates' in my home are, to collect my order. We agreed a time, and day, for collection.
When I got there my PC was not ready as the CPU had performed below standard. I was kept informed of progress and it wss eventually ready about an hour later than planned. Because the ordered CPU was faulty they upgraded mine free of charge. There were several other complimentary upgrades. All in all, a very satisfying experience. Communications were great, advice was bang on and the whole team sre super freindly.
The only games I pkay on it are Farm Sim and ArmaII, both of which run perfectly.

Took delivery of my wife's gaming PC today, the system is amazing and better than expected. The service and communication was above all expectations. Overall I give BRC a perfect 10/10. I will be doing future business with them.
