Avoid at all costs

I ordered a bed from this company only to receive an email a few hours later saying that they had processed my refund request (which I had not made). When I called to query this I was told that the payment did not go through and so I would need to speak to someone else and pay for the product again. I didn’t do this as I was put on hold for too long but when I received my card statement I saw that the payment had gone through and that they had refunded some but not all of the cost! This is outrageous and tantamount to theft. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a silentnight kids mattress and a universal single bed base with drawers.

Delivery meant to be between 11-3 - 2:45 i called up asking when my delivery would be, I was told it was delayed and hopefully would still be with me today.

Turned up just before 5, matress has a mark on (fair enough) on opening bed base and taking out one of the drawer fronts fell off leaving behind the drawer inner with pieces of chipboard, the other side was half hanging off. Would buy branded from them again but never unbranded. I asked for an upgrade replacement due to waiting for delivery and damage but they "couldnt" I could have made a bed base better my self for the £140 they are charging!!!

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a bed for my son and paid £20 extra for Saturday delivery. After ordering was told by a friend she'd ordered from them and her bed just "never materialised". Called the company and was told the bed was in stock and would be delivered on the day requested. Disposed of my son's bed on Saturday morning. At 11.30 on Saturday received a text which said "we're not delivering don't wait in"!!!!! No apology, no explanation, no new delivery date. Held for 25 minutes to speak to customer service. Called "sales" in the end who miraculously replied immediately. They transferred me and I was told "the bed wasn't in stock, wouldn't be in stock for another 5 weeks, no apology just silence as I ranted". Was given a refund but my son now doesn't have a bed "he's in the middle of studying for A'levels" and it took 4 days for the refund to reappear on my credit card so this company has had my money for 3 weeks. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

Unbelievably bad!

I ordered a bedframe and mattress for next day delivery. The mattress I ordered was a certain model from silentnight which was awarded the "best buy" from Which magazine.

Upon receiving the mattress I noticed that the mattress was a silentnight mattress, however the specific model name was only printed on a sticker on the plastic packing. I contacted the manufacturer of the mattress as I had my suspicion that this might not be the correct mattress which they could confirmed. Bedroomworld sent me the basic silentnight model which is 100 pounds cheaper.

After calling customer service they were not willing to send the correct mattress with the same next day delivery option but instead said they have to collect the other mattress first. And only if this mattress is unopened and returned to them they can send out a new mattress.

After receiving the correct mattress, and trying to assemble the bedframe I noticed that the nuts don't fit the bolts. Customer service said they will send out new nuts and bolts within ten working days.
After not receiving the bolts I contacted them again only to be advised that the replacement parts were never ordered.

I had to take three days of work for the deliveries and pickup, multiple hours on the phone to customer service sorting out this mess and a month later my daughter has no bed to sleep in other than the mattress on the floor.

And most likely I will have them pickup the bedframe in the next days and purchase a bed elsewhere.

If you are planning on wasting your time and money buy with them, otherwise stay well clear.

I read the reviews after I ordered from them and had a week of worry, however
the bed came when they said it would, the delivery guys were really friendly and the bed looks beautiful No complaints at all.PS really to assemble too .

Very disappointed with the service.No communication

Very disappointed with the service.I ordered some bed linen,cushions,a throw and curtains all from the same range.All were advertised as in stock and available for immediate delivery. Eventually I received an email to say all orders were on the way...but it was only the curtains that arrived. After a chasing email ,to which I received no reply, the bedset arrived but no cushions or throw. I chased again a week ago and received no reply again.
. I have now received an email saying the rest is on its way...I have little confidence that all remaining items will arrive.Very poor communication.I will accept delays..just advise me!!. Will not use again

Not as bad as I was expecting

I was very sceptical when, after I had ordered, I checked out the reviews on here. I ordered a divan with a mattress for delivery on Saturday, but when I asked to change he delivery date a few days later, they weren't able to do it, which was frustrating. When I called a few times to discuss this with them I had to wait in average between 20 and 30 minutes on hold, and that wasn't even at busy times during the day. I mentioned to one of the advisors of the reviews on here and she just replied "Yes, I am aware".

The delivery should have taken place between 7am and 6pm, but I didn't get a call until 6.30pm, and it was delivered about 7.15 pm. The quality is okay - what can you expect for £130. One of the drawers in the divan was broken and I had to repair it with some wood glue. Looking at the internal structure, it's made with the cheapest of components, but to be honest, as a guest bed it's perfectly acceptable.

However, given the reviews on here, I probably wouldn't risk ordering from them again.

Cowboy merchants

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a bunk bed for next day delivery and paid £317. Nothing turned up the next day, so called through. The lady explained that the order had been accidentally cancelled by them, and I should receive a refund within a week! Absolute cowboys!!! Now I need to buy somewhere else, whilst being £317 down. Not what I need on top of Christmas. Wish I read these reviews before I placed the order!

Wish I read trustpilot before buying!!!

Saw a good price, site looked decent so I bought a product.

As with many othere here the service was poor.
Customer service slow to respond and unhelpful with queries.

I specified a day for delivery of a bed and they failed to deliver twice - in the end they left it outside my front door whilst I was at work. Shoddy service.

Of course when I explained to the company that I specified an exact day delivery for a reason they did not really care. I think as long as the product gets to you at some point they get to keep your money.

Product was poor quality too - For a laugh I left a review of the product expecting that it would not be published. The review is still hidden on the product.

I would avoid dealing with this business and worldstores as a whole.

Well finally received our bed frame a week after receiving the Mattresses and thought that was the end of the problem! No chance, upon opening the boxes realised that there are no nuts or bolts to put the thing together! Now have two children sleeping on the floor and I’m just so angry with this awful company! Please never ever buy a thing from Bedroomworld ! How they are getting away with this astounds me! 😩😩

Worst experience ever

I ordered on 1st August 2017 as follows:
Texas Faux Leather Ottoman Bed - Superking - Brown
Ortho Foam 140 Mattress with Free Pillows Superking
I chose this website because it allows you to decide your delivery date and my expectations hav been unbelievably betrayed.
I was in Italy and I was needed to have the bed and the mattress ready on my arrival on 1st Sept.
For this review I will not consider the quality of the product which is not definitely what I expected for the price I paid.
I will only consider the stress I had to go through because of this company.
The bed frame arrived on time but the pneumatic armes of the bed were stiffed so the bed was lifted and it couldn't go to his normal position, the mattress was missing for 2 weeks and arrived without free pillows.
I moved to a new house without a bed which means that I had to sleep on the floor for 2 weeks and arguing with my boyfriend because he trusted me in this purchase. In the meantime I tried no stop to have information from the company about the damaged and missing parts. The customer service is the worst ever, no news, nothing at all until I got very angry.
I would never recommend this company and this experience to anybody.

Swerve - Appalling customer service

I bought a mattress over 2 months ago that was the wrong size. After a lot of effort getting the company to collect the item, I have not received my refund. I have clocked up over an hour on the phone on hold on several occasions (there's clearly nobody there to answer phones) and have had to use the online complaint form 3 times. I had a response from an employee who couldn't spell her own name correctly 29 days ago promising a refund once she had got the right information - no refund still. The sheer lack of urgency or concern for the customer is disgusting. Never buy from this company, spend more money and go somewhere reputable. I am still £85 down and expecting to have to seek legal advice in order to get my money back.

Seriously, spend a few pounds more to avoid dealing with these people. Its just not worth it. 6 weeks now, and getting absolutely nowhere and £360 down.

There is no phone contact details on the site. I was sent conflicting text messages and emails about my delivery and I did not receive a response to the message I sent on the online contact form. Delivery driver did not bring the package upstairs as stated in the delivery faq. Give these guys a wide berth

We ordered a bunk bed for next day delivery, our order arrived a day late - for which we were refunded our "next day delivery charge". The bed was easy to assemble and met my expectations, very happy with the service and product. My only point of improvement would be to make it was easier to speak to someone when calling, I gave up in the end but the emails were accruate and with texts I only needed to pop back from work to let the delivery be dropped off. With better call access this would be a 5 star rating.

Ordered bed Wed 8/11 for next day, had to settle for 2 day delivery, 1st broken promise, all set for delivery on 10/11, had a text the evening before confirming this, day off work, cleared bedroom out for new bed, then had a text on the morning of delivery to say they couldn't deliver!! Fuming wasn't the word. I cancelled order and ordered off MattressTomorrow for next day delivery instead. I so wish I'd seen all these reviews before ordering!!!

Never use this company it's shocking …

Never use this company it's shocking and run by complete morons, products don't come when they should and are incorrect, but a bit of advice it's part of the dunelm group so if you don't get what you need from the site pop into one of their stores and sort it out there.
