Zero stars for Bedroomworld
If I could give BedroomWorld also known as WorldStores zero stars I would!
Ordered an Ottoman bed, it looked as though most of the parts were missing, I queried this with their "customer service" line, they said they would ask the supplier, 2 weeks later still no response.
I figured out by my own accord that the missing parts were hidden in the headboard, however that is something surely BedroomWorld could have found out from their suppliers in minutes.
So as I had the parts i started to build the bed, but there was a small tear in the top right hand corner of the black headboard revealing the white stuffing beneath it, very noticeable.
Phoned up BedroomWorld /Worldstores asking for a replacement, sent photos as requested and then I heard nothing.
Then I discovered this review site and read there were tons of people done over by BedroomWorld/WorldStores to my horror!
So I asked for a refund within their so called 28 day no quibble refund policy.
This was last week, heard absolutely nothing again!
I will never use this company again, and advise all those I know never to use these jokers too, I actually have a new house to fill with new furniture, fortunately the bed was the only thing I ordered through BedroomWorld/Worldstores, they will get no more of my money, I am only using well reviewed and well known companies going forward.

Ordered bed frame for delivery on 29th …
Ordered bed frame for delivery on 29th June. Fiance waited in all day, constantly being told by the company that the bed would be delivered on the day, which turned in to 'by 7pm', then after 7pm it became apparent it wouldn't be delivered. Next day, I stayed in all day- still not delivery. We rang up and they said the bed had been damaged when it was delivered to the depot in the morning (which they failed to tell us!!) and it was re-ordered. Arrived unexpectedly a few days later, to the annoyance of the neighbours who had to sign for it. Wasted two days waiting for a delivery that was never going to arrive on time, with no accurate communication sent to us. TIME WASTERS.
Useless company
Useless company, order received missing 2 of 4 boxes?!? Not "parts" how do you forget two large boxes for a bed?
Over 7 days of sending emails, and attempting to phone twice, once when lines opened at 9 then after waiting on hold for 30 mins and was subsequently disconnected; still no information on when the missing boxes will be delivered.
Edit: Received an email this morning stating my case had been solved as I hadn't contacted them after 3 days... Well after emailing multiple times and only receiving a "we'll look into it" response and never managing to talk to someone what are you supposed to do?
How is it solved when I'm still missing bed slats and legs??
Overpriced rubbish
It seemed like a good price for a single divan on the website. When the delivery arrived it was obvious that this was simply overpriced rubbish. Both drawers were broken and the mattress had a sharp piece of metal (spring?) sticking out that caused a cut to my leg when removed the packaging. The customer service team sound helpful when you contact them but it's very difficult to get them to take any action.
