Excellent communication and superb item.

King-size divan and mattress

So very pleased with my purchase. Brought from this company after reading the good reviews, I was not disappointed, I brought divan, mattress and headboard, all nice quality and a lovely thick mattress, Also very quick delivery, 3 days infact, well packaged thankfully as the day it was delivered by a very pleasant man was absolutely pouring down with rain, a breeze from order to delivery, definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you very much for a hassle free purchase.

Easy to order on their website with a great choice of beds - Delivery arranged using their courier - 1st class service delivered on time - Top quality double divan base with drawers.

Only delivery to the door step, doesn't help old people!

Delivery was excellent only problem was everything was stapled to the fabric & couldn’t help but slightly damage the fabric?

Solid bed base, great value and no hassle delivery.

Mostly great service but delivery was a little frustrating.

After ordering and paying, I received an email to say that delivery would be between 11 and 2 on date (given for the following week). This was fine and I arranged to come back from work to be in during that time.

At 08:30 on the designated day I received a text message saying that it would be delivered in next 30 minutes. I called the number and was told by the person that answered that he would "just leave it outside'. As it was absolutely lashing with rain, I asked if they could come back a little later (like during my allocated time slot) because I was concerned the bed would get wet. I was told very abruptly that" it's just getting left outside mate" and hung up on.

Luckily, a neighbour saw that it had been left and put a tarp over it until I got home. This was lucky as the plastic covering was torn and the bed would have been drenched.

Delivery driver was very unprofessional

The quality of my sleep has improved tremendously as I went from my old boring mattress to the “Pillow Top mattress. And even though it was the cheaper version I still get amazing sleep. The size of the Divans bed frame is really nice and I’m very pleased.

The price and options to pay are really helpful might I add. I’ll be using them in the future for the larger beds.

Easy ordering online, good communication and delivery on time.
Bed is as described and sturdy.

Delivery was timely, courteous driver.
The quality of the base was not great. Our old base had screwed wooden feet, the plastic push in had a broken foot, and the holding clips do nothing useful as a gap still appears in joining. However cost was value and drawers seem fine.

I'm still working and over 7,0 when you're company to rang I was up to my neck my colleague came to my House. You're staff couldn't be more helpful. Thank you.

Great size bed and value for money. Regular updates on delivery dates / times. Fast delivery and delivery driver very helpful. Relatively easy to put together. Would definitely purchase from here again.
