All our fitted sheets are sewn using a 5-thread over-locker which is elasticated all the round the hem to ensure a tight and secure fit.

Happy with service and product.
I needed a split hemmed, under mattress valance for a double bed. After looking online and seeing positive reviews I decided to place an order with Bedtime. For me I'm always anxious about ordering from a site I've never used before, but I've been happy with the service and finished product. My order was confirmed by email straight away and I was notified on the estimated delivery time by the team I would recommend and use this company again.

Island motorhome bed
Just made up our motorhome bed with fitted sheet and duvet/duvet cover/pillowcases combo. Feels great quality. Only a small minor thing is that the duvet cover seems marginally too big for the duvet itself but otherwise mo complaints at all! 👍

The bedding arrived in good time and great quality. I was a bit disappointed as the duvet set l wanted was out of stock so had to change to cream as had an upcoming trip and motorhome was new. The cream set was an awful colour more yellow than cream that in fact l had to dye it black which didn’t take well so now have a darkish grey set. But overall service and quality good.

I've had excellent service from this company and would highly recommend them. The products are very good quality. My only slight criticism is that I think the duvets could be slightly larger - more overhang for the beds. Apart from that, everything was great!

Disappointing Experience
I deliberately chose Bedtime Comforts because I liked their emphasis on manufacturing in Britain and wanted to support a UK business rather than simply buying from one of the large online retailers.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
I ordered a fitted sheet and mattress protector for a new electric adjustable bed. Because delivery of the bed was delayed, it wasn't possible to test the bedding until recently.
The fitted sheet repeatedly came off, even when the bed was completely flat, and always detached when the bed was articulated. The mattress protector was loose across the mattress and produced a noticeable crackling noise whenever you moved.
Customer service advised that I should have ordered a much deeper fitted sheet than my mattress depth, despite my following the sizing guidance available when I ordered. Having looked at the website again, the ordering process and sizing guidance now appear much clearer than they were at the time of my purchase.
What disappointed me most was the lack of any meaningful goodwill. The only solution offered was an exchange if the items were unused, despite the fact that the only way to discover they were unsuitable for an adjustable bed was to fit and use them.
It's a shame, because I genuinely wanted to support a British manufacturer. Instead, I was left feeling that customer satisfaction was secondary to sticking rigidly to the terms of sale. I hope future customers have a better experience than I did.
