All our fitted sheets are sewn using a 5-thread over-locker which is elasticated all the round the hem to ensure a tight and secure fit.

Great quality
Great quality bespoke sizes at a reasonable price. The mattress protectors are more substantial and thicker than ones I've previously bought from elsewhere. There was a minor issue of the colour I'd chosen becoming out of stock. Emma tried to contact me by email (went straight in spam automatically) and call me (unrecognised number and no message left so my phone assumed it was suspected spam.) Eventually I spotted a couple of emails in spam and responded to Emma's request to confirm if I wanted to choose a different colour or if I wanted to refund the whole order. I chose a different colour and the team turned round my order really quickly. I'm very pleased with the products and I'll be using this company again.

Mattress protector for single snuggle sofa bed mattress
I needed a mattress protector for my snuggle sofa bed and I asked Emma and Scott to advise me on the price for a custom order in this size - Scott’s response was not only very quick, he advised me to buy a stock item as there was not much difference in the size and this would save me the additional cost of a custom made protector - he could have just quoted me a price for a custom one but he didn’t - thank you Scott!
The item I ordered is of great quality and fits my sofa bed extremely well.

Quality Bedding
Your part of the service was excellent. You advised me that the colour of sheet I wanted was not available, I changed my choice & the parcel was dispatched. What let it down was your courier, Evri. They advised me that they would deliver my parcel on July 9. This then changed & I was advised that delivery would be delayed. I checked everyday for the updated delivery time & finally the package was delivered today, July 13.
I am very pleased with the topper & sheet that finally arrived. Thank you. I would certainly order from you again but would be concerned if Evri was the courier in light of my delay & my daughter having never received a parcel that was due for delivery on July 3. She paid for next day delivery & is still waiting. Evri don’t seem to be able to explain what happened to her parcel which contained birthday gifts!! Very worrying.
