I am still waiting for order to be delivered. Its been a month now.

Brilliant service. I had to make changes to the order and the guys there were very accommodating. Communication was great and I'm really happy with the shopping experience. Will come back for more, no doubt.

I ordered some items. The deep fount dation was correct for my Langstroth.However the foundation for my honey uppers ( 2 packs) are wrong size. They are about 2 inches short in width and 12inch in height Did not notice until I went and assembled a set on Friday.Had to assemble as centred and hope bees will onfill. I believe there are 2 different heights to the upper frames but the widths should be the same. All 10 frame boxes.

A quick efficient service. Goods ordered arrived in no time and were well packaged.

A short delay in getting the parts delivered was acceptable given the great prices. Quality can be a bit hit and miss but if they get it wrong, they sort it out. That's why I'm happy to keep going back.

I ordered some equipment from Bee-Equipment company I called the sales line for the updates of my purchase few times but no one answered my calls and I left messages but still no bothered to call me back and they didn’t send my order of which I had paid, then I had to request my credit card company to stop the payment,I was advised to wait for another week if there no correspondence from the seller then I should let them know, after a week I called the Bee-Equipment company again but still there was no reply and I kept sending emails but they all bounced back

Products are generally good value for money however their customer service needs improving as its impossible to get hold of someone on the phone. Orders are almost always delayed being sent out e.g. My last order was placed in December 2022 and it was delivered in late March 2023 and this is not a one off!

Always good service and good quality of goods.

I always have a good experience dealing with you but you have just changed the delivery firm and they did not seem to be up to the job as in the end I had to collect my last package from the depot. I had the reason they did not leave the package was needed a signature was needed but Photos have been OK till now.
DPD are a lot better and are happy to leave my parcels in the wood store as is Parcel Post.
