Staff say anything
Staff repeatedly promised delivery of my orders in January before I went away on holiday in February. I was told a note would be put on file about my holiday dates. Other staff told me no such note existed. On return from holiday I was again promised delivery by the end of the week of the 13th March. Delivery was made on the 21st March. Company staff promise a lot but do not follow through.
