Fast service and delivery

I had ordered a px headset top on a Friday and it was delivered on the sunday. Ive never had a problem with these guys on parts and was the xheapest price. Qill be baxk again soon.

Emailed Dan about 20 times and he gives the same excuse. Supply and Covid issues.

Ordered a Speedo from these on April…

Ordered a Speedo from these on April 3rd, and still waiting for it. Was told every week that they were getting their order in the next week, only to be told the same thing week, after week. Constant lies, and excuses for not refunding me, even when they said they would give me a gift card/credit note for it. Apparently, it's a management decision, who haven't got the decency to even phone me, and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, looks like I have no other option than to go down the legal route to get my money back!!!! Wouldn't use this 'Company ' ever again.

I contacted my bank HSBC fraud team on Saturday 4th and told them my case and the retrieved my money and was in my account before 7am this morning Monday 6th

Avoid this company

I ordered a pair of Lambretta side panels finished in primer, what i received was two bare metal panels both for the same side. I contacted Beedspeed who said they would sort it immediately, after seven days i received an email advising that the panels were not in stock (despite being listed as in stock) but would send one when new stock arrived. I asked for the parts I ordered to be sent within seven days or a refund, they have chosen not to respond.
I have now asked Paypal to resolve the matter. Reading the other 79% bad reviews suggest that it is normal for them to take the order and accept the money for items they do not have. I will never use them again and suggest any potential buyers avoid them and look else ware.

Beedspeed have got to be the worst scooter based company, ordered my special seat in Dec 21,its now June 22 still no seat and emailed several times, fobbed of each time, will not use them again, absolutely diabolical service

Really awful customer service

Really awful customer service. Ordered a seat cover on February 4th, 2002 (paid in full) and still waiting after several calls being told it's in transit, the container will arrive soon, and basically being fobbed off! My advice is to go elsewhere as they don't deserve your custom! Quite Appalling customer service. And as at 02.06.2022 still no seat cover........

AVIOD AVIOD!!!!
Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, took nearly 3 months to get the part I ordered and when it finally arrived there was parts missing. Emailed them several times and phoned them to be told they’d look and ring me back and as I gathered no return call. Customer service is absolutely shocking in fact the worst I’ve ever experienced all they want is your money and that’s where it ends. I’m never using these guys again I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Yet again beedspeed fail me I final got…

Yet again beedspeed fail me I final got to return my goods for a refund which took weeks to get sorted they have had the goods back since the 12 may 10.25am and still the refund has not been processed I rang to be told they will see what they can do it’s simply just return my money including the postage back to my bank and that will be the end. But I feel this is going to be a long process just like it was trying to return the items.

Very disappointing customer service.

I have ordered lots of stuff online & through visiting the store in the past but I'm afraid you've lost another customer. I ordered a Vespa rally rear light and the order was delivered swiftly & was well packed. However the Light had the rubber gasket missing that is clearly in the photos on the web page. Not only that but it was a return as It had a previous Customers return letter in it asking for a refund! I wrote to you asking if you could send me out the missing gasket and explaining that you'd sent me a returned item but over a week(and counting) and no reply to my email. I've spent over £800 in the last year with you & had a load more stuff i needed but I will be going elsewhere now. You need to remember for every Scooterist you let down they are advising other Scooterists to shop elsewhere. You could be a great business If you cared a little more for your customers. I guess the fact that it is now owned and manned by people that have never owned a Vespa or Lambretta & have no interest in them has a lot to do with the Poor attitude.

I have used this company on three…

I have used this company on three occasions. They have a nasty habit of letting you order stores that are not actually in stock. Your money is taken but then you are left waiting and waiting for your items to be delivered. From now on I will be shopping elsewhere. Avoid this place if you want your items delivered within an acceptable timeframe.

Beedspeed Where do we start?

Where do we start?, waited one month then contacted them was told that the order was held up because the one part( rear shock) was out of stock, even though it was advertised in stock on their website, I asked them to send the part order out and refund me the item that was unavailable, nothing, emailed again they said still waiting for the shock and did I want to pick an alternative, I said "no I'll have a refund" , and that's when it all went tits up, constantly asking for my refund and stating that I had reordered the parts elsewhere, ( on small wheels and scooter republic, A+) was told that they had passed my refund request on to management, after numerous emails of being palmed off I told them that I was contacting PayPal and gave them 5 days to refund me, so they sent the part order out instead, even though I asked for a refund and had told them that I had already bought the parts..the end result was PayPal sided with them because I was unable to forward my emails( something PayPal really need to sought out) but they may have won the battle but not the war, their name is mud in the scooter circles,please avoid! wouldn't want anybody else to get ripped off.....

Ordered a headset top for my. Scooter on Friday 6may was delivered sataday 7th before midday have used beedspeed more many years from when Alan owned it always been very helpful and nothing was to much trouble even now the company are always helpful very fast delivery thanks again

Appalling service and poor customer service, ordered a 64mm piston and was sent a 65mm with 65 crossed out ? It was a 65mm appalling?then took ages to agree a refund? Finally arrived but I'm £10 out of pocket with postage both ways !

Apocalyptically bad service!

Apocalyptically bad service! Only giving a 1 star review as it’s not possible to leave a 0 star review. I had a bad experience with Beedspeed and left a negative review, Dan from Beedspeed then contacted me with the promise to put things right if I removed the review which I did. Sadly the promises turned out to be a complete fabrication and I still have no parts or refund and it’s literally lie after lie! The customer service is disrespectful bordering on insulting, the only reason they are still trading is because the are living off the reputation built by Alan and Sylvia.

I’m sure Beedspeed will respond to this comment with the sole intention of masking the one star review and taking the focus off themselves as that’s what bad companies do, avoid at all costs and use another supplier for your Vespa and Lambretta parts but don’t take my word for it read some of the other reviews left here!
