Avoid this company like the plague, nothing but issues and really bad products, ordered a so called carbon effect race seat, and was in no doubt the worst carbon effect ive ever seen in my life, company then had a good inspection of another one to be sent, only to arrive even worse than the original, complete waste of time also please check reviews on google and trustpiot before ordering, complete cons

Heard a few bad things about Bedspeed,but I couldn’t be happier,phoned in the afternoon,despatched later that day,delivered the next day,absolutely fantastic,don’t think I’ll be using SIP anymore with them skyhigh import charges

Cannot give 0 stars absolutely appalling company. Order a part a week later they put the order through using covid as the excuse for the delay. Only they did not have the part I ordered so sent the wrong one hoping I wouldn’t notice. Took another week to get a return arranged and a further month to log the return in. At present still waiting for the refund we are now over 2 months since I paid. Just appalling.

Great customer service over phone.. Prompt order and prompt dispatch and great communication.. No issues at all 👍

Never Used BEEDSPEED before but I will definitely use them again for future orders. Received quick replies to my questions over e-mail. The parts I ordered yesterday (out of office hours) were dispatched today and then I received an e-mail notification direct from BEEDSPEED advising my parts will be with me tomorrow.

I can't wait to put the extra bling on my scooter :)

Really bad service, had to start a dispute through Paypal in order to get the order dispatched. Afterwards the the “new” parts were scrap, so a second Paypal dispute was opened for a refund. Service from Nat was non existent. I would have given 0 stars for this review, but 1 star was the least. Any 5 star reviews are fake news.

I cannot speak to highly of the service I have recieved from Beedspeed. I emailed Nat about the availability of Lambretta dampers, put my order in late in the day and received them the next day in the morning. She had seen my order go in then had gone to the dispatch department to ask them to send my order ASAP. Will I use them again most definately.

I placed my first order with these guys late at night and having paid realised I'd missed adding an item. I emailed them straight away and got a reply before they had even opened in the morning. Nat in customer services sorted my problem out with no hassle and was a pleasure to deal with. My package arrived safely and I'm very pleased with all my purchases. Great value, great products and a great company to deal with :) I'll definitely be using them again!

Have used them before so bit the bullet.
Ordered a lambretta legshield toolbox.

My experience with Ethan and the sales team at Beedspeed was excellent. They gave me fast and comprehensive advice on my issues/requirements and were very patient when I faffed around making my decisions. Absoltuley APPALLING service. Given them 1 star, becasuse there's no option for ZERO. Ordered a few things (nothing complicated)- told the parts would be sent straight out. Nothing for a week or two. Called them up- "We'll look into it..." Sent the stuff out (no explanation or apology as to why they've sat on the order for weeks) BUT they've missed stuff off the order. Asked for the missing stuff- or a refund- many times. MONTHS LATER- THEY STILL HAVEN'T sorted it out. SHOCKING.

As a new customer I've been looked after really well.
3 large orders all sorted, advice given, out of stock deliveries arranged. All good 👍

Have used Beedspeed for many years and generally found them to be friendly and efficient barring the odd hiccup. Latest interaction much less so, received a Lambretta headlamp reflecter in good time but after gluing in the lens, found the appature for the headlamp bulb was too small. Four phone calls over 5 days elicited 4 promises of a check to ensure that their stock bulb holder would actually fit their reflecter. Still waiting for an answer so have reordered from Allstyles. I will leave Beedspeed more in sadness than anger - another customer lost due to poor customer service.

I am surprised by the reviews for this company.
I ordered a Vespa part on Friday am and it was delivered on Saturday am.

Absolutely awful firm . I’ll never use them again . Even got abuse when I phoned them about a part that I’ve been waiting over a month for .

Waited over 3 weeks for a simple part. Asked where it was and told someone will get in touch. Of course, nobody has got in touch. This could be forgiven if it wasn't the first time its happened! I don't know what is going on there but service has become shocking and I won't be buying anything from them again

I see after reading the comments good old Dan is still up to his old tricks with his lies he has been running beedspeed and is the manager for few year now with his partner been the registered owner as he is bankrupt he still pulls the strings buying Indian poor made parts and selling them off as more expensive parts IV known him now for a while and I'm angered about all the lies us scooter fanatics are a family and do anything for each other so when where ripped off or sold crap it's seriously bull shxt so if your reading this Dan buck ya ideas up moving to another shop do not make the mistakes any better

awful experience and awful company i will never use again. no contact about hold ups, selling items not in stock then not telling you, it cost me an extra £40 for a barrel as the ones they were selling were crap in their own words so they got genuine in. why sell crap in the first place. ive gone back to SIP where delivery takes a little longer but you get quality parts
