If I could put less than 1 star I would! Terrible service, DO NOT PURCHASE from this company they take forever to deliver and refuse refunds all though I am well within my rights. The reviews here say it all!!! Having to go through consumer rights now, they will not beat me!

Do NOT buy anything from this company. After 8 days I received a broken strimmer, emailed immediately and they said they would send a replacement battery which was smashed. I waited 19 days before receiving it, but decided I didn’t want this product anymore before I received the replacement battery. They ignored my emails, the phone number is invalid and they kept moving the refund goal posts. I’m so annoyed with how they have treated me. They require footage of the 2 batteries and footage of me installing the replacement battery showing the strimmer to work. I have not done this!! I want a refund in full which they keep moving the goal posts with… I’m calling citizens advice and I am willing to take them to court! Awful service, absolutely disgusting! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!

When they will not refund a payment made to them due to mis information regarding a product.
I cancelled an item within 24hours of ordering, they told me it has already been dispatched three times, then offered a credit note for less than my original payment. I will never deal with this company anymore

I ordered a T26 PRO Trimmer Head and after receiving it I had an issue. I emailed the Customer Support Team and the Manager, Kemy replied to my query. Everything was sorted out to my total satisfaction and I must say Kemy was very professional in her replies and knowledge.

Exactly what a previous reviewer said; arrived in generic packaging and NOT a G45 Pro as ordered! Instructions look cheap and photocopied. The strimmer looks like a cheap knock-off! (It did arrive with gloves!) I have e-mailed Beehomie but from the other reviews I don't hold out much hope. This was ordered off their website, not FB.

Received 1 of my items still wsiting for T26 garden cutter now more than 4 weeks still waiting for a response

Took 35 days to deliver goods. Happy to charge you the wh.ole price up front but less willing to get the cutter into your hands in a timely fashion. Their delivery company, EVRI, utterely hopeless.
I will not buy from Beehomie again

Purchased a garden tool. Took 2 weeks to arrive. The tool needed an extra part which you had to buy. Tried to return but the postage was nearly more than the item! Do not buy from this company. They say Beehomie UK but are in China.

Took ages for delivery and now they want me to pay for return of misleading advert item. They don’t answer emails for weeks don’t answer calls the worst company I’ve had dealing with so beware if buying item from them.

Facebook page looks like it’s a UK company but it’s not and ships from China. If you want to return an incorrect or shoddy item you have to ship at your own expense to china and wait until they inspect the product there. They offered me a credit note.

Shockingly bad, pretty sure fake advertising! Products really dangerous, the refund won’t exists.. they will give you credit to buy other useless products.

Bought a G45 Pro Garden Trimmer.
Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive.
The item came in a damaged generic box no branding and no proper operating instructions.
No indication it was from Beehomie and could have come from a warehouse overseas.
The fancy facebook advertising bears no resemblance to the packaged I received.
I would avoid any dealing with this seller if you don't want to be 'Stung' !!!

Shocking experience. Multi purpose shovel and handle fit only for a very very small person with height of a child. I was taken in by advert on facebook. Such a useful gadget it it was of reasonable quality, but item not fit for purpose. I had written it off as lesson (expensively) learned, but R4 prog highlighted the scam so I've informed my bank as (of course) they have my card details and can sell on. Such a lot of hassle for a waste of time. Do not purchase from this company. They are scoundrels.

Will amend if they get back to me, but currently making it very very difficult to return and going against the Sales of Goods Act 1979.
Be aware if you buy from this company it will not be easy to sort if you have an issue.

Shocking company - number doesn't work - they do not to respond to emails - I made a mistake in what I ordered and realised the second I pressed pay - I contacted them through the site and by email - it took them 2 days to respond and though they had not dispatched they ignored my request to cancel and offered me a credit to buy the thing I actually wanted. I accepted this and they ignored me for another 3 days and dispatched the original product!! Probably waiting for sale to end so I will be forced to pay full price!!

Item sent did not match the webpage photos. It turned out to be identical to a cheap knock-off available on Amazon for a quarter of the price.
Furthermore, the web page doesn't make it clear that it cannot be used on the electric strimmers that most UK domestic gardeners would own; it's only designed to fit a petrol strimmer.
The website claims that the business was started in London in 2015 by enthusiastic amateur gardeners; in fact it's based in Hong Kong, which you can only find out by scrolling down to the small print at the foot of a very long page. On contacting them to return the item, they gave me a return address in Turin, Italy.

Received product on 12.7.25 - no set up guide/instructions or installation kit to attach to strummer. QR codes on packets didn’t match the product. Asked for a reply to my email within 7 days or a refund. No answer. Sent another email on 17.7.25. No answer. Sent another email on 18.7.25 stated that i wasted my money. Would never recommend if I see it advertised anywhere. Total rip- off.

I only use it on paths and patios, and I make sure to check for little creatures first. It’s easy to control — not like a mower that just goes wild.

I ordered an item in error. Contacted beehomie to cancel. They refused. Sent the item and now refuse a return. Avoid this company.

Awful product, the weed trimmer come with no instructions doesn’t work properly. Do not recommend, currently going through bank to get a claim back on the money suggest you do this when they refuse the return even though legally they have to within 14 days. Awful customer service
