Scam website

Scam website. They claim to have a high Trustpilot rating but this is untrue. I purchased solar lights specifically designed for the dull UK weather, Half last about 90 minutes and the other half don't work at all. Contacted customer service within 10 days of receiving product.
Response from 'customer service'
We understand your situation; however, it is important to report any issues or discrepancies upon receiving the package.
Without this notification at the time of delivery, we are unfortunately unable to take action after the fact.
Quite obviously dismissive and no intention of refunding.
Don't be fooled (like I was) with the homely, website offering workable solutions and the claim they were founded by gardening enthusiasts, absolute horse shite AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Unreliable Beehomie.com

I ordered the 2 x L45 Precision arm lifter from Beehomie which looked a good and useful tool on their website which states it has a 4.7/5 Trust Pilot review. Unfortunately when I received delivery of the above two weeks later, the arms arrived unboxed, a different size (smaller) and spec to those advertised on the website and one was bent and unable to use. The website advises that the company has strong customer service and will answer any queries within 24 hours. I now find that their Trust Pilot rating is actually 1.9/5 POOR with many disappointed customers, it is not a UK company but based in Hong Kong China, they do not respond to their helpline emails within 24 hours, and their support phone line is an answering machine. All in all I feel I have stupidly been hoodwinked by this company and advise strongly that it be avoided at all costs.

The of blades of the one lifter are bent.
It has very little power and cannot lift my display cupboard( not very heavy)

Strimmer scam!

I stupidly fell for a marketing video that appeared to be selling a very efficient strimmer for patio weeds. I received a strimmer head in a battered box with a bag of metal rings, a couple of allen keys and a kids’ screwdriver thrown in (oh and a cheap pair of gardening gloves - I guess as a consolation prize). When I tried to contact the company they seem to have a uk No to call, which only takes answerphone messages (and have not yet called me back). I was led to believe it was a uk company but it’s based in Hong Kong. I tried calling the No again today and there isn’t even a ring tone! Says it all - TOTAL SCAM!

Don’t buy from Beehomie

I ordered a trimmer head from this company, believing it was coming from UK. It was not compatible with my strimmer, and it had no instructions. I asked for a refund but was sent an email about returning it to China, at my expense, or get a credit. There was nothing else I was interested in, as the goods looked over priced. I’ve lost £40 and have been lucky that it wasn’t for more. I wish I had checked Trust Pilot first.
This is a scam. Do not buy off this company !!

L45 lifter is nothing like advertised

Ordered L45 lifting device. What has been delivered is nothing like the illustrations and videos on the website. Lifts only to a maximum of 10 cm, no calibration nor spirit level. Company based on Hong Kong, not UK (implied on website) so returning products would be impossibly expensive.

Scam Operation Disguised as a Garden Tool Company – Avoid

BeeHomie is essentially a scam operation dressed up as a “premium” garden tool retailer. Their glossy adverts and “authenticity guarantee” are nothing but smoke and mirrors.
• The cordless trimmer advertised as a “G90 PRO” arrived as a flimsy, unbranded, generic tool with no identifiable make and a photocopied scrap of paper for instructions. The charger and battery were completely generic and mismatched.
• The so-called “T26 PRO Trimmer Head” turned out to be a cheap generic “derusting weeding wheel,” the same item sold on eBay/Temu for a few pounds. The box itself describes it for stripping rust and paint, not trimming grass, and it arrived without the bolts needed to attach it.

The products are grossly misrepresented, poor quality, and in some cases unsafe. BeeHomie charges many times the real market value for generic goods you can buy online for a fraction of the price.

I’ve had to escalate to my bank because this is blatant false advertising. Avoid at all costs — this company cannot be trusted.

Appalling experience

Appalling experience - arrived very late from China - I had thought I was purchasing from a UK based business. Parts arrived in a random bag - did not feel to be new and two were rusted. The main box with the strimmer head was broken and open. There were no instructions. I requested a return and refund and was told it would need to be sent to China - which I would not do as I believed I was purchasing from a UK organisation. I was offered a level of store credit which I do not want as I do not trust this company at all. I am now in discussion with Trading Standards. My advice is to not buy from them, and if you have and had a negative experience to also report to Trading Standards. It seems a scam of repackaging a product, advertising that over promises and lacks transparency. Shame on them.

Disappointed and Ignored – Not What I Expected from Beehomie

As a registered blind customer, I rely on specialised audible software to navigate online shopping. I may use adaptive tech, but my abilities far exceed any limitations my disability might suggest.
I purchased the Indestructible Trimmer Head 2.0 from Beehomie.com, under the impression it came as part of a package deal—including the strimmer itself. Sadly, it did not. I reached out to explain the misunderstanding and request support, but my message was met with silence.
The trimmer head remains unopened in its box. I’ve asked for either a refund or a reasonably priced compatible strimmer to make the product usable. So far, no response.
Meanwhile, the assistance dogs at our Blind Club are valiantly navigating a jungle of 3-inch weeds. Not quite the heroic trimming tale I had in mind.
________________________________________
P.S.
I may be blind, but I see through silence.
I may stumble on weeds, but not on excuses.
If your product’s indestructible,
why is your customer service so… invisible?
The dogs wait. The weeds grow.
And I—armed with humour, purpose, and a poetic strimmer head—
refuse to be brushed aside.

Very good after sales service , but read my review

Purchased a trimmer head , but it wasn’t compatible to my strimmer . The return address is China which will cost u a fortune so be careful. Saying that I went for the option of keeping the item and accepting a voucher . I purchased a new item and then on request they also sent me a code for free shipping, otherwise it totalled £50.00 shipping cost. Only spent £39.90 in the first place . The shipping and arriving of goods takes a lot of time , but in fairness they dealt with my return promptly and the customer aftercare was excellent . However bear in mind if you don’t want a voucher you pay the shipping costs to China if you wanted a refund .
