Great Service

Had a defective monitor but Justin was able to resolve the issues I had and sent out a replacement. I would definitely be a returning customer knowing they have great product and a team who values their customers!

My 15 inch monitor order

For me I did not know this company even existed and when I called needing a 15” Monitor and they had all the information at their fingertips and were very helpful. My order was shipped and received as expected and everything works great…very much a plug and play experience!

The solution for unconventional needs

The solution for unconventional needs. I need two monitors, one to display a 720x480 60i video out and the other is a "normal" 1920x1080, but the size limit is 17". Even an NEC Multisync couldn't handle the 720x480 and the mass market isn't interested in monitors as small as 17". Beetronics solved both problems. Also, the monitors are in a hospital operating room. The metal housings should help them survive longer than than the standard plastic. Pre-purchase support was excellent. A real live person answered my calls and I received prompt answers to my emails.

All the controls I needed.

I purchased a 15" Beetronics monitor to use as a teleprompter and found every possible control that I needed to flip the image vertically and horizontally for use in ZOOM meetings. The brightness and contrast of the monitor are both exceptional even when reflected in the beam splitting mirror.
