This company does nothing but steal your money. Period....I’ve been waiting 4 months to receive my package but I doubt it’ll ever come. Hope this helps others before they’re scammed too.

I ordered a t-shirt in May which I never received. I want a refund for it but paid using my debit card. I sent them a message but no reply. This Co needs to be shut down. The bank are not being helpful as it is beyond 3 months. I am livid.

2 T shirts never arrived and no response to emails and no refund. Unhappy

I ordered a t-shirt in May, money came straight out. I was patient as it was during lockdown in the UK but after a month I emailed requesting update on tracking as I could just see i was in the UK. I continued to get emails saying the item would be with me in a couple of days, nothing every turned up. No apology from the company which I believe is no longer trading.

Scam company - don't buy anything from them.

I am over 4 months on from ordering and still received no goods. I was told no refund as the delivery/courier part isn’t their fault. However, it is obvious emails are cut and stick, the English is poor. Almost automated answers. I wish I’d seen and looked at reviews before ordering. Definitely a scam. Best to warn others.

The t-shirts were poor quality, plus I bought wrong size. I wanted to return them, I wrote lots of emails and nobody contacted me back. I still have the t-shirts ready to be returned but nobody get back to me with the address. So disappointed. The worst purchase I made ever

Contacted them regarding a refund asking where to send the order and never had a response

I couldn't return the t-shirt I ordered as there was no confirmation of order. I seemed to have signed up to a subscription without knowing, so they put through another order, of two more t-shirts without my say so.
I've complained and tried to return both orders but customer service is non-existant. Feels like a scam. Avoid.

OK folks. I got my shirts almost 4 months after ordering. Our postmaster said many cargo ships are now being released, and my parcel and many others were caught in COVID lockdowns. So I hope all of you others get your shirts too. I was at the point of accepting this as a scam, and was filing complaints about it, but it is just COVID delays.

Terrible company, do not waste your money. I ordered a t-shirt from them, it never arrived. Tracking information is just fictional. I requested 5 times a refund (after waiting 3months), I eventually gave up as they were clearly keeping my money. They make out they are a uk company but use broken English in their correspondence and ship from China!

A necklace I ordered arrived broken (and not at all the same quality is was advertised as). I contacted them for a refund and 'Matt' said they were passing my case on to the right department. That was two months ago.

Still awaiting t shirt after 8 weeks. No responses. Crazy scam

Excellent quality , took time for delivery but this was stated when ordered. Washes lovely with many compliments when wearing it .

My t-shirt was too big and colour was slightly different to what I expected. I've been in contact lots of times to try and arrange to send it back and exchange it for another but still no joy. I placed my order in March and this is now July.
Disappointed

I am sorry to say that the quality was really disappointing and the fit was awful. Very basic T-shirt, sleeves were massive and it didn’t give any kind of shape. The bee image was a cheap print. Had to wait for delivery for 6 weeks as well. Overall a complete waste of money as not able to wear it.

I purchased two T shirts 4 months ago. When I received them they were far to big for me which was disappointing. There is no return packaging, which I find very unusual, and only means of contact to arrange return and refund was by email. I did this immediately and have been endeavouring to get a refund for the last four months! The company is now ignoring my emails chasing the refund. I have been very patient and have now got to the point that it was a bad mistake in ordering from this company. I have left a message on Facebook posts, with no response, and am no resorting to my first bad review on Trustpilot. It is very sad that through these unsettling times a company can not look after an honest customer.
