Slow delivery or lack of
I ordered my item 1x 500ml bottle of Purple shampoo on 29th April and I have it in writing that it'll take 2-3 business days to arrive but it's now 6th May and I am yet to receive the goods I paid for so long ago. I could have walked it here quicker to be fair.....
