Feature listed but not present – no resolution provided

I purchased a vehicle from Be Forward that was advertised as equipped with air conditioning, with the remark “A/C DOES NOT COOL.” This representation reasonably indicates that the vehicle had an installed but non-functional A/C system.

Upon delivery and inspection, I found that the vehicle did not have any air conditioning system installed whatsoever. There were no components present, including compressor, condenser, or controls.

I followed Be Forward’s formal complaint process in full, including submitting documentation and a repair estimate as requested. After doing so, the claim was denied based on varying reasons, including reporting timeframe and cost of repair. No compensation or alternative resolution was offered.

This experience highlights the importance of independently verifying listed vehicle features prior to purchase. In my case, the delivered vehicle did not match the advertised description, and the dispute process did not result in any resolution.

UPDATE: Upon submitting my complaint reference number (CA366438BFW) to the company’s support email address following the posting of my review, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is consistent with Be Forward’s lack of customer support.

Extremely Disappointed with Beforward

I purchased two Toyota Sienta vehicles (Ref: CC248166 and CC070098), with the clear condition that Beforward would handle transportation from Japan all the way to Nakonde. Both vehicles were in pristine condition at purchase, yet they were involved in an accident in Tanzania before delivery.

I have contacted both Beforward Tanzania and Japan multiple times — no response, no accountability, and no timeline for resolution.

They are very responsive before payment, but once you pay, they disappear. I am now left with damaged vehicles and zero support.

This is completely unacceptable. I expect immediate replacement or full compensation.

Would I recommend Beforward? Absolutely not.

Outstanding Professional Support from Mr. Takahashi

Poor Communication

Most cars listed as third party were already sold,after multiple attempts, I ended up chancing one from Dubai, I paid for it early March. With the current war going on in the Middle East there has been no updates, I have tried to reach your team, communication on your end is poor. You hardly respond to emails. If anything, I was hoping you would give me alternatives as to weather I could pick another car from a different country or give me assurance that the shipping will take place soon. My agent here in Zambia also waits for your feedback which you never give. It’s quite stressful. It will be best if you keep me actively informed during this period as opposed to never responding.

Be forward has always provided me great deals in discounts and amazing vehicles with low mileage and great road experience. It accommodates and satisfys a variety range of my clients with its huge stock available.

I am writing this to warn other buyers…

I am writing this to warn other buyers about my recent experience with BE FORWARD ref CB430657 . I purchased a vehicle based on their description and photos, but what arrived was completely dishonest.
First, the vehicle has clearly been clocked. The mileage shown on the odometer does not match the actual wear and tear on the interior components or the mechanical condition of the engine. It is a blatant manipulation of the car’s history.
Furthermore, the car has had a full body respray. This was never mentioned in the listing or shown in the inspection photos. A full respray usually hides major rust, previous accident damage, or poor body fillers. Had this been disclosed, I never would have purchased the vehicle.
It is clear that BE FORWARD’s "inspections" are not thorough, or worse, they are intentionally hiding the true condition of their stock. They are selling substandard vehicles under the guise of quality imports.
Advice to others: Do not trust the photos or the descriptions provided. Get a third-party inspection or buy elsewhere. I feel completely cheated.

I like the opportunity to buy a vehicle from Japan and my representative. I paid for my vehicle in January as yet it has not been shipped. Because I am new, time differences and differences in how we do business l'm finding it difficult. I'm starting to wonder if something is wrong. Thanks Larry

Complaint on CB781062 damaged and missing items

I bought 2 cars from Beforeward stock. One arrived with stock purchase no ref# (CB781062), but it had bumper damage and was missing a jack, wheel spanner, and one smart key. All these missing items were shown and included in the original pictures before I purchased the car. Also, the pictures show no damage to the bumper! I had also purchased $80 in car insurance. After I reported to them, they sent me a claim form to fill out, so I sent it to them along with the docs, images, and the videos they needed on 26th March, 2026. Since then, they have not contacted me. Whatever, I sent an email to check on the status of the claim, but no one has replied yet. They have only one email. The contact person, Ricky, +817089176935, who is listed as the seller, never replies to WhatsApp messages or picks up calls! They never put any names when they send an email. Their after-sales service is VERY BAD and POOR. It seems to me that they avoid paying the claim. I feel like I bought the cars from a SCAM company.

Ordering a car with you guys was a challenge

Ordering a car with you guys was a headache, each time I ordered a car i was told the car was sold locally even though it was still advertised. Please improve on the following
1. For third-party cars constantly engage with car owners to remove cars that are sold. It had to take me 10 reservation to have the final car purchased. In the space of 2 weeks when purchase supposed to pick, pay,confirm, shipping and arrival
2. Improve on your communication and response time.
3. I understand this time there are few ships with regards to the middle east war, but Improve constant communication with your clients regarding shipping booking and schedules.
Otherwise above all the cars are nice
