I had a voucher to use with your store
I had a voucher to use with your store. I purchased three times (twice returned) to use the voucher and was dissatisfied each time with the quality of the products which are not clearly described or identified on your website. For example, one jumper I received was cropped but this was not indicated on your website and the photos were clearly wrong. On the final purchase I was still not satisfied with the products I received but eventually gave up due to the hassle of returning products in the post. I will never shop with your store again.

Extremely costly shipping and tax if from UK
I love all of the clothes online and loved the dress (although a bit tight) and bag I received. However, I was shocked to wake up the day after I had ordered my items to a text and email from DHL saying I would have to pay an additional £26 tax on top of £16.50 I had already paid for shipping. Although there was mentioning of this on the website, it needs to be made more clear for people who aren’t in Australia, as I ended up spending more to receive my items than I did buying them individually. E.g: “You could be charged up to...”

Multi-layered necklace
I appreciated the fact that the order was delivered quickly and the necklace I ordered is really cute. However, it is definitely not worth the $30 that it is going for, it has broken on multiple occasions, the necklaces are tangled within eachother even once you untangle them all they’re still not fashioned properly at the top. And the charms themselves have been painted poorly and do not look as nice and as classy as in the photograph. Overall would not buy any jewellery from here again
