I can confirm that your return has now been processed!

We ask to allow around 2-5 business days for processing once your parcel indicates that it has been delivered, however due to COVID-19, all returned parcels will be placed into mandatory quarantine for 2 business days, upon arrival into our warehouse. However you will always be sent an email once your return has been processed.

First Lady that emailed me out of the…

First Lady that emailed me out of the blue because I wasn’t giving 5 stars review with earrings was happy to organise the return and I said hey while we are at it could I maybe exchange the dress too? then the other lady who took over the emails made a passive aggressive comment about the dress being advertised correctly which I never said it wasn’t I just said it was too short and can I pls exchange that too as they were going to happily exchange the earrings anyway . so no I don’t want to exchange now nor have anything to do with this Company . It’s not like it was even me that reached out in the first place . They contacted me first then made those comments about the dress as if I didn’t read it . Sometimes things don’t fit or whatever and I never contacted you first ! So rude

I purchased

It was my first time purchasing from beginning boutique and I unfortunately won’t be purchasing again 😔 for a dress this expensive you wouldn’t think this would happen.
I’m very disappointed

Not as high quality as they used to be.

Not as high quality as they used to be.
The things i ordered had Asian tags on them and were cheap, thin quality.
I got them on sale so i'm not too worried but the quality is missing.
