A great fridge freezer; love the HarvestFresh drawer: definitely keeps salad and veg fresh for longer.

I purchased a new Beko fridge as the previous one had lasted 16 years, so it was a no brainer for me.

I was not able to get the exact same dimensions and this is a little smaller, but I have not had any issues with space.

I set the fridge up as per the Beko guide book (letting the gases settle for x hours then not putting anything in it for x hours) but noticed what sounded like a loud banging noise which I have never noticed in fridges before.

Called and spoke to Beko customer services who explained what this was and the gent I spoke to put my mind at ease. This has now subsided as he explained. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a dishwasher from Argos and added on the option of installation (I didn't want to risk doing it myself). This was handled by Beko via Hotpoint via Argos(!!).

The appliance was installed terribly, leaving gaps and becoming unusable. My kitchen cabinet door that connects to the dishwasher door was fitted with only two screws, and both were screwed right through my kitchen door leaving holes (they told me to just fill it with putty). The door would not even open and eventually popped right off. My handle was scratched. Massive gap at the top to allow humidity to rot my counter top.

I’ve held back on sharing my reviews despite all the automated emails asking for my thoughts, but a month has gone by and I've had several back and forth emails, one visit from some engineers, and nothing has moved forward. They place the onus on me to get quotes (multiple as well) and provide proof of purchases of my kitchen door. When I raise my frustrations, all they can do is "apologise".

This is the absolute worst experience ordering something online I have ever had. I am beyond shocked. Beyond disgusted. Shame on you Beko! You not only did a bad job, you have caused us to put plans for our kitchen on hold, force us to have to wash dishes by hand during a heatwave, have us live with an unsightly kitchen, and caused tension for our family.

Machine pretty good but,would be good to be able to select a higher spin speed in set programs, high speed equals less wet!

We replaced our old Beko Tumble dryer which gave us over 15 years reliable service with a newer model which is just as good. A very reliable brand.

We bought the tall freezer with a large internal capacity, it’s perfect for us you can easily see everything on the shelves it runs quiet. It was a very good price and excellent delivery.

38 decibels turned out to be 45-48. Sounded terrible . We could hear it in the lounge with the doors closed.
Delivery men were excellent, on time and super friendly .

Not impressed with the accuracy of the thermostat. Freezer set for about -18*C but hunts between -13*C and -23*C. As freezer door unopened for days, one would expect a fairly constant temperature.

Fantastic machine! Easy to use, good functionality and quieter than our old machine. Sometimes the touch panel is not sensitive to touch, you just have to make sure you press in the right place but overall a brilliant machine.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. It was very nice to speak to someone who wasn’t based abroad and hard to understand ! Not that I’m in any way racist but the language barrier can make things very difficult.
Thanks for making sure the oven trays got sent to us as soon as they were back in stock.
