Disappointed. This was to replace our long lived Beko dishwasher.
The door and the foot panel were not in line. You needed to be very close to make out the illuminated red symbols on the black control panel as they were so dark. The symbols did not give useful information as they did not change which ever buttons pressed. The user manual gave no information about how to operate. It was sent back and replaced by a model from a different maker.

Freezer defrosted after about 6 weeks…lost half of its contents….engineer fixed it….disappointed and out of pocket

This is a good quality slim freezer, good for tight spaces but still has a lot of room. I have to put mine in my garage and this one is good for outbuildings as well, very pleased

Products are great - Dishwasher and Washing machine. Installers tried to say they couldn't fit the dishwasher due to a skirting board I got loose in 1 minute and then installed it sticking out from the rest of the integrated kitchen and said I should just open the other cupboards more - basically they didn't care about the job and just wanted to get away asap

Lovely slimline appliance. Has enough programs for my needs.
Only problem I have is it won’t spin my heavy cotton bathmat.
Happy with everything else clothes come out looking washed and fresh.

The Tumble dryer we recently purchased is the second Beko product we have brought and is equally as good as the washing machine that we purchased about a year ago. The quality is excellent, along with the drying capabilities, which all came at an extremely good price. I highly recommend Beko products.

Useless freezer food will not stay frozen when the heat is high

Delivery on time and delivered with care old appliance also taken away. I have found putting the two drawers back in a bit difficult, otherwise seems well made and works well.

The washing machine was delivered promptly and is as described. It has all the programmes I need including a hand wash, quick wash and anti allergy wash. It is very quiet and efficient.

I’ve always had chest freezers but as I’m now in my 80s found hard to clean and empty. Took me a while to get used to these under counter freezers but now have found much easier to use. Still getting used to where I’ve put stuff. Obviously there is a downside as they don’t store as much but I’m getting used to them. I say them because I purchased two, I haven’t the height for a tall freezer.

I brought a good product with all the right accessories and I am happy with it and it is of superior quality and worth the price.
