The fridge is great and we have been using it for almost more than a month. It's excellent. We had an issue with the delivery for a given date, but the delivery was good with the other person and good service.

I found the instructions a little confusing. My old washing machine was 16 years old and a lot as changed in that time. It runs much longer than I need but the spin speed on a shorter setting is not enough. Hope we can became friends in time.🤞

Arrived as planned. The two deliverymen were very helpful.

Bought a Beko washing machine which was faulty & was replaced straight away by the shop. Had the 2nd washing machine 8 months & the same fault occurred. Contacted Beko, had to wait full 7 days for a repair man to come out, despite explaining that I had no washing machine. Then had to wait a further 12 days on the part to be fitted so I was almost 3 weeks without a washing machine - really poor service. Would never buy another Beko appliance again.

Not the fastest of deliveries, but did a good job of removing the old machine and fitting the new one . No complaints.

Good washer at an affordable price.
Used it a few times now and no problem. Quiet and washes clothes well.
A delay start program would have been useful.

Good fridge ,good size ,a little noisy but far from excessive.
Excellent interior well laid out and plenty of room.
Keeps food nice and cold .
Remember to put heavy items in bottom for stability.
All in all no cause for complaint ,bargain price tall refrigeration.

Overall good experience just one star less for having to wait a while to be connected

This is the second Beko appliance I’ve bought.Got the fridge first Had no problems with it.So when my freezer needed replacing . I chose the beko one. It’s got plenty of room in it .I was pleasantly surprised.Love its so quiet.I would highly recommend Beko products.

We bought an upright freezer from Beko the guys who delivered it were so helpful,they were on time positioned it in the garage explained all about leaving to stand for so many hours before switching it on took away all the cardboard.All in all an absolutely excellent service.A wonderful freezer

Excellent product, looks good, has loads of storage capacity in the fridge & freezer areas. Good value for money too.

Very pleased with hole performance of my machine

Machine is very efficient but instruction book is not good. Print is too small, and instructions not clear

I have had it a short while and I am still learning which dial for which wash but I a very very pleased with it.
It was easy to purchase with free delivery (if I waited a week). I think there is only one fault, it doesn’t beep or anything when it’s finished, I know this probably sounds petty but I was used to this. My Beko dishwasher beeps.
