Generally a good fridge
Clear instructions (words would help but appreciate that multiple languages are needed).
Adding kitchen cabinet door was clear and straightforward.
Product a great improvement on previous fridge. The LED lighting particularly good. Once operating, a notable reduction in running costs (approx. 30p per day). The old fridge had lasted 24 years. If this Beko does likewise "it will see us out".

Fridge freezer
Had no dealings with Beko direct as purchased through Wren Litchens. The fridge freezer is not the biggest, and having had a frost free product previously I get alarmed with the amount of frost at the back of the fridge. However, it keeps my food lovely and chilled, and food lasts longer in this fridge. Overall, really happy with the product.

Very pleased with our Beko frost free freezer. Got down to correct temperature very quickly after the initial switch on and runs very quietly.

Very pleased with my Beko washing machine. Once I'd got used to the fact that a mixed wash takes 2.5 hours, all good. It washes well.

Washing machine, does what it’s supposed to do, quite like the ability to set wash temperature and spin speed on the most used programs, it is also very quiet while in operation.

Awful experience with this supplier
Awful experience with this supplier, having purchased a new kitchen and appliances, my induction hob was faulty and did not work,
As my purchase was over 30 day's I was not allowed a replacement only a repair, I explained that having to wait for tradesmen to complete the new project, carpenter, quartz lazer measured and waiting for that to be fitted, to being let down by my previous electrician then having to wait for another to complete the job delayed the timescale,
I don't see it fair that buying a new product that has never worked from the beginning is to be repaired and not replaced.
