Easy to purchase, install and reliable equipment

Awful experience with this supplier, having purchased a new kitchen and appliances, my induction hob was faulty and did not work,
As my purchase was over 30 day's I was not allowed a replacement only a repair, I explained that having to wait for tradesmen to complete the new project, carpenter, quartz lazer measured and waiting for that to be fitted, to being let down by my previous electrician then having to wait for another to complete the job delayed the timescale,
I don't see it fair that buying a new product that has never worked from the beginning is to be repaired and not replaced.

Cancelled washing machine repair and rescheduled for a week later.

Didn’t work from the day I bought it. Then had to wait for an engineer to come and look at it. It is now going to be replaced.

My washing machine is brilliant, had it delivered and installed carefully by 2 nice men , has all the programs and spin speeds I need, and has a 10 year parts warranty , so I’m very pleased.

The info digital screen is so dark you can only see it at night with no lights on in the kitchen!

Good washing machine; it has all the functions I wanted. The larger size drum was out of stock but I didn't want to wait longer as I'd already been without a washing machine for a few weeks so I bought the 7kg load, which is OK but the 8kg would have been better. The first one that was delivered was faulty so I still had to wait extra days but the installation teams were really helpful & knowledgeable.

It would be helpful if the door of this dishwasher opened automatically at the end of the wash as others do; also the display panel with the red arrow for start - is very faint and could be clearer.
The wash is satisfactory apart from that.

The freezer is very modern looking and a great colour, the thermostat is easy to set and it has plenty of storage space. The drawers are easy to access and the 2 top open shelves are good for smaller items. The freezer is very quick to freeze everything rapidly, it also has a door alarm just in case you don't close the door completely. It was a great price and the delivery was very quick, I am very happy with it.

Used the machine a few times now seem to do the drying okay takes a bit of time to complete the cycle but I believe this is usual with a heat pump machine. In use it is quite noisy and the lint filters are a bit fiddley to clean, most frustrating is the buzzer that sounds when the cycle has finished is hardly audible even when in the same room, so needs checking to see if the machine has stopped.

I’ve always wanted a frost free freezer and I’m really pleased with it. It keeps my items dry frozen without the usual ice accumulation. Delivered well by AO.

I am returning the unit as it is faulty as the fridge would not get cold enough and milk kept going off and Beko told me to go back to Curry’s, which I did and now have a different make of fridge freezer

The fridge fits under my counter just right the shelves adjust to different heights so no space is wasted and there is plenty of space in the door too
It looks good and keeps its temperature well and is easily adjusted to accommodate various size things without wasting space

Machine easy to set up with good installation instructions.
Instructions on use and programs could be a little better with perhaps more illustrations.

Excellent fridge, crisper is brilliant, food stays fresher for longer. Outstanding value for money.

Very good item the freezer drawers are good size the only problem I had was that the door was very hard to open but after having it for nearly a month it starting to get easier would definitely recommend
