Very slow renewal and delivery
So the ordering and scheduling is simple and easy. 5 stars there, however, the order going out is way too slow. It takes 3-5 days to ship after the order has been placed then another 3-5 days to ship. This last order is already at 7 days and will not be here for another three! This is unacceptably slow and needs to be fixed.

Giving these a shot
The site was easy, informative, and simple to use. I have been considering a purchase for awhile, but with some recent fertility news we decided as a couple that these vitamins would be well worth the try! Easy site to navigate with lots of good information about the products. I have been taking the vitamins and collagen for over a month and have already seen a difference in how I feel. I will continue to take them as we try to get pregnant.

Can not contact a member of the company
Web site is easy to navigate, but I made a mistake with my shipping address in my order. I tried to fix it with no luck and have sent 2 emails and a text message to the email address and number provided with no response. Contacting anyone from the company is seemingly difficult.
