The product itself is good but I did not receive my last supply before I canceled. It was delivered to the wrong address (previous address) after I had changed my address on the portal.
I would like it cancelled and refund processed please.

Missing Customer Needs
I had high hopes for this prenatal vitamin company. Price is way too steep to not have a customer service line set up. I’m allergic to mint and the initial smell of mint when you open the bottle made my nausea so much worse. The instructions and label on the men’s bottle is MUCH better and more detailed than the women’s. I took the 3 (LARGE) pills this morning & vomited them up 30 minutes later. I reached out to their email & haven’t had a reply from anyone with my concerns. Customer service alone would justify the price of product if they had one.

We recommend removing the heart from your bottle, I believe over time the minty smell will lessen. I will send your feedback to our formulation team, we tried to choose a light smell, we will do some review to ensure the latest batch of hearts is not overwhelming, that is certainly not the goal.

It works
My sister is a physician. My wife and I credit her for the amazing baby daughter that we now have, because she told us about the importance of getting lots of Folic Acid and proper nutrition not only throughout the entire pregnancy, but also BEFORE the baby is conceived. She also informed me that men need to have lots of FOLIC ACID before creating the pregnancy, because FOLIC ACID helps ensure healthy sperm, which will increase the chances for a smart and healthy baby. Who knew? Why isn't this information common knowledge? So important! Thanks for my sister, the most amazing doctor, we now have a smart, healthy and happy baby!

I gifted my older sister who was pregnant, Beli, and it truly transformed her pregnancy journey! Her and her husband struggled to get pregnant for about two years but once she started taking Beli, they were able to! I started using Beli before even TTC. I have been on birth control most of my life, so taking a prenatal like Beli is vital. There are no prenatal vitamins out there that match the quality of Beli. Highly recommend!

Peace of Mind
