I made a order on 26/12/2020. For 2 t-shirts and 2 jumpers. Nothing arrived until april 2021 which consisted of only 2 t-shirts and not the 2 other items. The tops were awful and so cheap, nothing like the photos. I emailed service'at'bellawind.com and asked where my other two items were, to be told they are on order and will be with me asap. I advised about the awful qualitiy and nothing was done about it. I kept emailing every month.... asking for a refund and to cancel my order and I cans end the two tops back. I was told there is a problem with the payment system and when its working again they will send it back to my credit card. Nothing has been sent. To this day now 11/01/2022! still no money back...thats 381 since I ordered the clothes. Fake company, they have now changed their website name to something else. the email address I was messaging no longer works and bounces back service'at'bellawind.com. Don't bother ordering. rip off for money too £120 for 4 items. facebook page Bellawind never has any one answer to it either.

This doesn’t even deserve a one star just like the rest of you I ordered two separate orders form bellawind and only 3 out of the 6 tshirts turned up and most of them were wrong I emailed them to ask where my clothes were and they said the accounts were changed and would get back to me until finally they blocked me from sending them emails totally useless I wish I had looked at the reviews first

I ordered 7 shirts. 3 of them were the correct items. 4 were not and were so ugly. 1 was the correct style but in an awful southwestern pattern, not the skulls and roses that I wanted for Halloween. They offered me a 20% refund to keep the ugly shirts because of shipping costs being so expensive, but I would never wear the substitutes and said that I would rather return them. They responded with an offer for 30%. Not interested in having these ugly things. Now, my emails are coming back as undeliverable.

So disappointed!! I was excited when I came across the seasonal tunics. I thought perfect for work. Everything went smoothly. Then weeks later, I still haven't received the package and when I try to contact them, I get no response or it says site unavailable. Then I find out that its claimed to have been delivered days ago, which it had not been. Right now I can't go anywhere, so I see every delivery made to my house each day for months now. So I'm frustrated- I'm out money & products AND no response from company. I will not be ordering again from any company I have not done business with in the past, it's a shame. I hope people read all these comments before buying, I know I wish I had. Lesson learned.

one one 82Very cheap quality product I received 2 cheaps polyester sloppily printed blouses, not embroidered and one was the completely wrong item. They said to keep them and they would issue a coupon. Their blouses are crap. I asked them for the return address by email no response to my email i went on their help page and i was able to get their help number which is finally i get my full refund on my order All this is done, and now, I don’t hear back from the company.

1 star is even to much credit. I should have known better than to order from here. I ordered 6 tops, 4 of them were not what I ordered, the other 2 were cheap fabric. I contacted customer service, they offered 20% credit, stating it would be to costly to return. Also I would never wear the wrong items ever. So they go in the good will bag. $120 of trash

Just sharing to warn others. I ordered a top from Glentown Bellawind website. It arrived after about 4 weeks and I was happy with it. So, I ordered 3 more items and this is where it all went wrong. 3 items arrived 3 weeks later, but none of them were the ones I ordered. I am in email communication with them (and they are polite) but i have been offered a 30% refund, then a 40% refund. I asked for a returns label and a full refund. What a shame, the clothes on the website look lovely, but I wouldn't risk it again.
update, to inform other shoppers, Bellawind/Glentown wouldn't give a full refund, but I lodged a dispute through Paypal as I had paid through them and after sending them a copy of the order (which had pictures of the 3 items I had ordered) and photo's of the items I received, Paypal have refunded me. I got a refund thanks to paypal.

Items are not the same as in the picture. One of my items wasn't even close. No response from the company.

I just received the blouses and they (do not look like the pictures) these are just transfer on cheap polyester fabric! .i was expected the same look as the advertised look. Not happy.cant connect to their customer service.computer says it doesn’t exist 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ordered a Jacket £54 in early January still not recieved they said a refund is still coming still not arrived

DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give it minus Stars I would. I ordered a Halloween tee from them, paid for it, got confirmation on the actual shirt I ordered (along with a photo of the Tee, size, color and Item/SKU number, verifying the shirt that I had ordered and paid for. The shirt was $15.98, plus $9. Shipping cost. Everything was correct. I then got confirmation that the shirt had shipped, along with a pic of the shirt - it all looked correct. It was the 2 Dancing Skeletons on a Beige shirt, and had musical note prints shadowed in the background.
A few weeks later I receive a shirt that I have no idea what it is. I checked the return label on the packaging and it was from the company I ordered the Halloween Tee from - Bellawind. This shirt was not at all what I had ordered, and not at all anything I would ever order, not the same shirt, not the same print, not the same Item/SKU number, nothing. This is a shirt I would never even consider wearing. The shirt I received was sort of a like a paint running together print with blue, teal, pink, red, burgundy, tan colors all flowing together.
I sent them an email, along with photos, and what the problem was. They sent me a standard email, about this being a “top seller shirt”, the “quality is the highest standard”, and to return it would cost too much, so they would be willing to give me 15% off. I refused and asked for a postage paid return label, and also asked them to send me the shirt I ordered and paid for. I got another standard email that they would give me 30% off. Again I refused and again asked them for what I ordered, and a postage paid return label. I received another standard email with a 50% off offer.
When I refused that (I’m telling you this shirt I received is terribly ugly), I told them this was their mistake, and that they made the error, and they should correct it. I finally got another email asking me to send all the info again so they could review it. So I sent them another email with all the info, and pictures attached. This morning I received the Standard email again and the 50% off offer. No mention of sending me the correct shirt or making it right, they just want me to keep the shirt I got. I wish I could share the pictures of what I ordered and what I received, totally ridiculous. Very bad customer service, very bad business.

The worst company ever i had ordered from them and got an item i didn't buy instead of what i had wanted... Don't buy anything from their website.the worst customer service as well.

I purchased three items from them and they sent 2 items that I didn't order and would not refund or replace them. They offered me a 15% off coupon???

Why would I want that when they couldn't get my order right the first time and won't let me return or refund me for the items they sent that I did not order.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them. Most of the items I received were not even the correct item. The ones that were correct were terrible quality. The description was cotton with embroidered design, it ended up being a printed design and of very poor quality. Their return policy says that if it their mistake they will pay for the return shipping. But the email I got said to keep the products since shipping is too expensive and they would give me a 20% discount for a future purchase. Ya right! Then I emailed them telling them k wanted a refund not a discount they said to keep the product and they would refund me 10%. What a waste of money.

Worst place to order from I placed an order and money was taken from my account. it said 7 to 10 working days for delivery it has now been over 25 days. I sent emails and they send back a tracking site that never works then it said my order places in April was delivered I placed an order in June. Now I'm working on recovering my money. Too Sad

I chose 1 star because you cannot choose zero! I ordered 2 embroidered tops, I received 2 tops that are absolutely nothing like what I ordered. No embroidery, not even the right fabric. I have been dealing with them for over a month trying to get a refund. First they offered 10% refund and I keep the tops. After I insisted on a return with a full refund, they offered 20%, then 30% refund. Now they are not responding at all. DO NOT order from this company, they are a complete fraud!

My story is the same as everyone else's. I ordered two embroidered tops. The website says they are based in Ireland. My PayPal receipt came instantly and it was written in Chinese. I regretted it immediately. I received, after a month and a half, 2 nylon printed shirts (no embroidery) and one was a medium and the other was an XL (I ordered 2 mediums). I contacted the company and was told it is too expensive to return but I would receive a 10% credit for my next purchase. THERE WON'T BE A NEXT PURCHASE !!!!! Avoid this company !!!

Glentown, Bellawind, whatever they're called, they are the WORST EVER!!! No joke!!!!! All the bad reviews here are completely true. You order what looks like cotton w/embroidery, you get cheap polyester and worse, not even what you ordered, not even close! I ordered a flowered top for work, I got a black & white death skull that covers the entire blouse front and back. When I wrote them, I got the same b.s. as the other reviewers-- "too expensive for me to ship/return" (it took a month to get here)--and "they would give me a discount coupon" to buy MORE of their products!!! It's too bad their ads are all over FB--how can such scammers get such great advertising everywhere????? Spread the word--Somebody take these scumbags down, what does it take?! How many bad reviews can a company get before they get shut down???? Worst shopping experience - steer clear of these scammers!!! Package comes from P.O. Box 6368, Rosemead, CA 91770

I have made multiple requests for a return address. Order product whose fabric was not as described and must be returned.
I've been unsuccessful with multiple requests of getting somebody to send me a return address.

AVOID BELLAWIND. AVOID GLENTOWN. I received 2 cheaps polyester sloppily printed blouses, not embroidered and one was the completely wrong item. They said to keep them and they would issue a coupon. Their blouses are crap. I asked them for the return address and offered to pay shipping for the upopened blouses. No response. DO NOT BUY BELLAWIND/GLENTOWN!!!
