I have placed an order for 2 items at beginning of Feb and have only received one. I have tried multiple times and ways to contact Belledivino but have had no response !! Avoid at all costs if you want to waste your money

My order arrived on time but didn’t fit so I needed to return it. There was no returns paperwork in the package so I emailed the email address I found online. I had no reply to this. I emailed again after a few days and again this email was ignored. I then found a phone number online and called that, but it just went to an answering machine. I left a message but again no one contacted me. I have now had to go via my credit card company to request a refund via section 75 claims as my order was worth over £100. Do not under any circumstances by from this company as they are completely unreliable.

Ordered next day delivery and paid £10 for the service. 2 days later still no delivery and no response from the company. Very poor customer service. Shouldn't offer next day if can't deliver

Order process was straight forward, and shoes arrived quickly. I ordered shoes for my wedding day, and they were beautiful and were exactly as pictured. The shoes feel well made and fit like a glove. Great!

There’s a good choice of Compania Fantastica garments, other brands available too. I found beautiful shirt at a discounted price. It was posted and delivered very quickly. I would purchase from them again in the future.

Sent a pair of shoes in two different sizes. Waiting weeks for resolution, no response from them.

I've bought a few items recently, Ruby Shoo and Desigual. I had to exchange or return a couple and Deb and her staff were very accomodating. A few people have criticised on here and I admit Customer Service communications could be a bit more 'touchy-feely', but overall I am very pleased with my items and experience.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Ordering was easy, delivery abroad too the time it usually takes and the gods lives up to expectations.
