The boots that I ordered arrived the next day in beautiful packaging. They were obviously packed with care. The boots themselves are gorgeous and of a high quality.

This store has a wonderful selection of shoes, but the customer service department pretty much does not exist. I’ve been waiting for over a month from my order and after writing six emails, there has been one response. This response barked an answer stating that the offer had yet to ship. I finally filed a fraud complaint.

The delivery and the product is great but unfortunately the returns process is shocking. I’ve left numerous emails and made phone calls to ask for a returns label and had no reply. I’m not sure the returns process is set up properly and is genuine

Bought a pair of shoes from Belledivino via AMAZON £70 delivery date came and went contacted seller and no reply contacted amazon they said check courier EVRI was contacted and said tracking number generated but they didn't have package so contacted amazon again they sent message to seller after I did again and again and no reply to either of us Amazon had to refund me after zero action from seller take my advice don't buy from Belledivino NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great online shopping experience
I had a great experience shopping with Belle Divino over this spring/summer. So far, I made three purchases, and the items were delivered quickly. I also had a specific request for a Desigual dress, and Belle Divino were able to accommodate, which I am grateful for. I think I will continue shopping with Belle Divino for Desigual items, as I had a great experience.

Found exactly what I wanted from this company!
I found this company by chance via Google and am so pleased I did! I bought a really fabulous very colourful short lightweight jacket with hood that is waterproof and brilliant. It's exactly what I wanted and has been very much admired. I'd never heard of the brand Compania Fantastica before but absolutely love their joyful use of colour so will be back to Belledivino again to buy again I know. Dispatch was swift and I can't fault the service of this company.
