After almost 2 weeks my order still had…
After almost 2 weeks my order still had not shipped. I have asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. Each time they have replied with the option to choose different items and they will ship in 1-2 business days. I do not want to choose different items, I want a refund. This was my first and last time using Bellelily and I would not recommend them to anyone!

The pictures of the clothes are very deceiving. I ordered about 10 shirts that appeared to be cotton, flannel or sweater material. All of them look like dry fit clothing. I was going to try and return them, but after reading how complicated it is, I will donate them instead. I do realize they aren’t expensive but the material is pretty awful (unless you like your clothes to look dry fit).
Refund process almost impossible, received 60% of value after negotiation
I sent for a few items and was probably happy with half of them. Quality wasn’t great but they were cheap. Tried to return the items I disliked and met with numerous bargaining e mails offering the clothes cheaper or a percentage refund. Eventually negotiated a 60% refund for clothes that went into the bin. Will never use again.

DO NOT BOTHER! Cheap Chinese crap
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase from here. The items are not what's pictured, the company uses stock photos and not photos of their own items. The quality is beyond substandard, the customer Serv is atrocious and it's an absolute circus trying to get anything returned to them. Return address is in China and they will offer you measly 30% refunds to avoid accepting accountability for false advertising. I purchased £36 of items plus £10 postage and I am still in an ongoing battle with PayPal to get a refund, it's cost me another £22 to return these unwearable, ungiftable items after waiting a month for a response from the seller, they ignored my requests to return the items FIVE TIMES. I am now a total of £68 down and I have to wait fo the absolute melts to confirm receipt of the items before I get the original £36 back. I'll still have lost an overall amount of £32 and about six days of my life arguing with these absolute fruits.

Items are not true to size. Orders an size 7 shoe and what I got was more like an 8 or 9. The shirt was very disappointing

I bought a medium. It was a little too big. But beautiful! The color was vibrant. The lace lovely. The customer service was fabulous said they’d send me a new one. Just waiting for me small now!

U pay and u get nothing. It is a scam. Try calling the number they say is theirs. It’s a joke. Their reply is untrue. Never got a shipping notice. When I went on their site and saw tracking number . I put the number in and my reply was not valid received items today.

Why is it so hard to return unused…
Why is it so hard to return unused items for a full refund? There’s no one to call and it takes days to get one response through email. Now I’m getting the run around.
I’ve had these items for almost a month and keep getting the run around when wanting to return items because they are too big or too thin.
They wanted pictures of everything and then pics of QR codes, now they want to offer 20% cash back and me keep the items.
I don’t want the items, I just want to know where I can ship them back to for a full refund. This is absolutely horrible.

Bought a dress from Belle Lily. when it came it was terrible quality so I asked for a returns label, I was told I had to pay for the return postage back to China and that the item would not be tracked. After going back and forth I decided to go open a case through PayPal. within minutes I had a email from them asking me to close the case and they would refund me half of the money and to keep the dress which was fair enough It meant I wouldn't have to pay for the postage to China. I stupidly agreed and closed the case. This was 4 days ago and I have been ignored ever since. There are plenty of other sites with far better quality clothes so please think before using this company. They clearly new what they were doing when they asked me to close the case with PayPal. lesson learnt I suppose. I never once said the dress didn't fit me, I said the material was cheap and nasty and see through. I have emailed Belle Lily stating that I am Bessy now let's see if they reply to my email now that they no who I am

The clothes I have gotten are great quality and customer service has been fabulous with me, there are only a few that have been smaller than expected and they responded quickly to me with a refund and or exchange . Will be a return customer !
