$8 shipping for an extremely long wait for the price.

So I ordered my first shirt a week and a half ago and I still have not received it which would be fine if it was FREE shipping but the fact I had to pay an addition $8 for one shirt and it’s taken almost 10 days so far and it is still not even in the same state as me???? Generally $8 is the cost of express shipping especially for a single shirt. Shipping should be free for how incredibly slow it is. FedEx two day shipping for something a pound or less is $10 yet these guys are charging $8 for snail mail? Yeah last and first time I will order. What a rip off.

I love my stuff I ordered! Everything was came promptly but I accidentally ordered the wrong size in one if the shirts, but they were prompt to amend the mistake. Looking forward to wearing my new tops!

Horrible Service

DO not order from this company. Trying to return shoes that do not fit and everyday I am getting an email asking for a partial refund - who does that. Horrible customer service

Update - New email today stating that they wanted to give me a 50% refund - again not a full refund.

Ordered glitter fliplops

Ordered glitter fliplops, diamantes missing and strap wrongly fitted. They admitted faults after reviewing the photos and offered a ridiculous 30% refund or send back to China registered post! Appalling treatment and I urge people to stop using this company. Rubbish product and terrible service.

Satisfied Buyer

My first purchase from Belle Lily and I'm impressed! Four of the six items fit perfectly and am very happy with the material and fit! They arrived as advertised. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size in 2 of the shirts however, customer service has been very responsive and helpful in getting the exchange done. The wrong size is on me and therefore giving a 5-star review.
