I have over 15+ Bellroy products that were purchased over the last 10 years. I'm a big fan of their product quality and their customer service. Anytime I've had an issue with a order whether warranty related or delivery related, Bellroy has always resolved it quickly. It's nice to know that they stand behind their products. I also like that they're constantly innovating and coming up with products in new segments, and always producing something that is highly desirable.

I had an issue with how my wallet was wearing (the type of leather was different from what I was used too.) I contacted Bellroy and they replaced it right away. There was nothing wrong with the product and they stood behind it. Amazing products. I've owned 10 plus items. Wallets and bags. I have bought many over the years as gifts for my brother. Great products, very well designed. The quality is top-notch, and so is the customer service. Bellroy is my go-to for bags and accessories.

Bellroy makes high quality gear made for the frequent traveler. I have taken their products around the world and they are durable as they are functional. When I have had any issue, they respond quickly and to my satisfaction. I purchased transit backpack which I took to Europe. A small defect occurred in a buckle and Bellroy was on it and helped me with a replacement as soon as I asked.

I like Bellroy's product design. The craftsmanship of the products is also excellent. However, a couple of things I find disappointing are that the colors of the product photos on the website are excessively distorted compared to the actual product's color. The colors on the website are shown to be excessively brighter and more vibrant than the real product's colors, leading to considerable disappointment when receiving the actual product. While this might have a greater marketing effect, I believe it damages the product brand's loyalty, and there is a loss if it actually leads to product returns (I have actually returned products a few times myself). Secondly, the durability of their fabric bags is too weak. While a bag serves as a fashion item itself, I believe that its primary focus should be on the functionality of holding items. I'm concerned about whether a consumer who has experienced the fabric of a bag purchased for travel tearing or getting a hole can truly have confidence in the product.

Really nice bags and a smooth shopping experience

I've bought more than 10 bags and phone cases from Bellroy over the years and I love them, and the people I've given a couple to as gifts love them too. Well engineered and made with all the things you need and none you don't. LOVE the burnt orange colour too - so much nicer than boring black. I also love my pop-out pockets in the one I use for shopping - more than once I've had shop assistants say 'wow! what a great idea! what sort of bag is that?" when I'm putting purchases into them, so then of course they get the full demo of all its natty features. The only challenging bit is deciding which of the many styles and sizes is right for me. Hence my collection keeps growing, because they're always just right for something.

I first bought a shoulder bag and then wallets for myself and others as gifts because I am impressed by the quality, design and a fact that they are an Australian company. Free shipping within Australia is a bonus.
