The refused a guaranteed cancellation refund
The refused a refund despite a full refund guarantee within a certain period. I cancelled 4 months before the required cancellation date and they said I was not eligible for refund. I had booked through Stayz. I was not able to get a response from Belvilla, despite multiple attempts, and they did not respond to Stayz customer service either (Stayz were great by the way!). I ended up having to lodge a complaint through my bank to get the charge reversed. It took a lot of my time and was a huge disappointment.

Easy to book. El-Mirador in Alhaurin el Grande was a lovely place and the host was really friendly and helpful. Clean apartment in a great and peaceful location. Would recommend a hire car as it’s quite remote.

Pretty good
Everything was good but the cleaners forgot to empty the fridge from the prior resident and it smelled awful. Other than that everything was perfect.

Great Location
This apartment is in a great location off of Luxembourg Gardens. Easy access to the rest of the city. The booking process and communications were excellent and they're very accessible and responsive to texts and emails. The apartment itself is fantastic. Very comfortable. The beds were great. The kitchen for cooking is a bit limited, but fine for breakfast and lunches. It would have been helpful to have dish towels supplied for drying dishes, so I would recommend that towels be supplied. You can't go wrong with this apartment. I will definitely stay here again when in Paris.

Good stay, location excellent and only a few stops on metro from Gare du Nord (For Eurostar).
Perhaps a few Plumbing and security recommendations but otherwise recommended.

Great property nestled in the countryside. Close to Jasmund National Park, to Kap Arkona, and easy access to the rest of the island. The staff were amazing, the accommodations fantastic and I'd go back for the spa alone!

Really loved everything about the…
Really loved everything about the apartment. The only thing I wish it had some windows for more natural light, but besides that there were really no complaints it was very comfortable, in a perfect area and very easy to navigate around the city. I would definitely come back to this apartment.

Check in and check out were both very straightforward. When we accidentally locked ourselves out because of the self-locking door, the host was very accommodating and helped us.

Accommodating Flat in Montmartre
The flat is located in Montmartre in what can best be described as the fabric district - including a five-story fabric store at the corner of Pierre Picard. Just a short walk to Sacre Coeur, we found the two-bedroom, one-bath flat accommodations workable. While there seemed to be 'nicer' streets in this Paris district, we enjoyed easy access to the Metro, nearby grocery stores, and quaint cafes (No Problemo and its 'crispy burger' i.e., chicken sandwich, is at the top of the block). Property management was accessible and readily available when needed. Bring plenty of electrical adaptors, and know the 'dryer' is a drying rack. We felt safe, but would probably opt for a location closer to the city center if we return to Paris.
