Scam company, avoid at all cost. This is so disheartening to read about a company operating on the UK soil that don’t joke with their customers protection. I had similar issues with the company, they used Catherine the princess of Wales advertising a coat, then I fell for it, Coat came after weeks of ordering, was substandard, the waist rope couldn’t even go round me, there were excess treading a all over, I could go on and on, then I reached out to them for a refund, they said they could only do £10 and gift card, I told I’m there’s no way I’m going to shop again with them. I had no chose than to request a charge back from my bank, my bank refunded me and this company declined the charge back, of my bank took the money back from my account unfortunately. So I phone consumer protection and I guess all customers that have been through this should do thesame. I have sent the company numerous emails they literally ghosted me so I’m at the point of charging them to court now(Small claims court). I will keep you guys posted on the outcome. This behavior as to stop for real…

Wish I saw reviews earlier

Wish I saw reviews earlier. Bad company bad products. Took weeks for a coat I ordered to arrive. Arrived bad quality in a zip lock bad. No labelling and for something that costs £49.95 it’s not good enough. There’s no way of returning the product. Do not buy from them!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a jacket from Belvoirofficial.com for £49.95 back in November, believing the company to be based in London (UK). The item took three weeks to arrive, and when it finally came it arrived crumpled and crammed into a ziplock bag bearing the name ‘Navy Passion’. There was nothing to identify it as ‘Belvoir’. The quality and fit were both very poor, so I emailed the company to request a return address. They were not interested in receiving the item back and tried to fob me off with the offer of a discount on future orders. After six emails over the course of five weeks I finally received a refund for £12.48 (25% of the price paid, although they had agreed to refund 50%). I have now given up chasing the remaining £37.47!

AVOID!!!

Order a jacked in the beginning of January , size medium and I usually wear small. So wanted to make sure it is comfortable to wear ! Received a jacked by end of January from China - taken by surprise as thought it was British registered company.
The jacket is simply unusable. Significant poor quality , too small even for a medium size. No labeling or sticker for size. Poor tailoring, have to say was not just disappointing it was traumatizing to see what got for the money paid
Have asked for return code over a week ago and still am waiting for them to provide me return code and address to send it back!
Please avoid shoplifting from this website!

Sharp practises, scam

Ordered one coat to try. Ordered 1 size up (as advised on website) but received a small coat. Took a month to get to me. Then the returns policy and exchange policy are made to pull you in more and charge you more. You have to pay a 'restocking fee' of £10 and return postage to sending warehouse (which took so long as from China). When I first looked at the website it said David Beckham was a customer. That has been removed. Everything seems to be designed to reel customers in from the slick email (happy to help and take more money) and multiple discount purchases. I also had an email saying I was the 500,000 customer and had won a personal company history book (if I ordered again by a date which was before I finally received the original coat). Complained to my bank and they refunded. Have also had confirmation this will stay.
It's a beautiful website but don't be fooled like I was. Look at the t&c sections!! It also said on the website you could not challenge them via the normal protections. They don't do PayPal for a reason.

SCAM Website

I have read other reviews and can relate that I had the same experience with belvoirofficial.com. The product arrived after 4 weeks in the name of free shipping, came to know from tracking details it was coming from China not from Europe or UK. The product on the web had material 'vegan wool and premium fabric' and actual product was 95%polyester and 5%cotton and there was no branding or size mentioned on the coat. The label was just blank black. The buttons were loose. The packaging was cheap. It didn't fit either. I am still waiting for full refund and response from them. Be aware of their scam.

Cheap and nasty clothing, ridiculously long delivery, no returns, no refunds, no customer service.
The owners of the website need investigating.

Misleading Products and Appalling Customer Service

No stars at all - the 1 star is so I could leave the review.
I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Belvoir. I purchased two coats from their website, which were advertised as high-quality, sustainable luxury items. What I received was far from what was promised. The coats were of shockingly poor quality, with one missing a button and made from cheap materials that were completely different from those listed on the website. The khaki coat was 100% polyester, and the grey coat was 95% polyester and 5% spandex, despite being described as wool or vegan wool. To make matters worse, the coats were completely see-through, further underscoring the misrepresentation.
When I raised my concerns, Belvoir repeatedly dismissed my legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles customers to a full refund for goods that are misrepresented or not of satisfactory quality. Instead, they offered a series of inadequate "solutions," including partial refunds and gift cards, insisting I keep the defective items. These offers failed to address the fundamental issue: the items were not as described, and I was entitled to a full refund.
Belvoir’s customer service was dismissive and evasive, refusing to acknowledge their fault or take meaningful steps to resolve the issue. The entire process caused me significant stress, anger, and disappointment. I worked hard to save for these coats, believing I was investing in a sustainable and quality product, only to be let down and treated unfairly.
I strongly advise others to avoid shopping with Belvoir. Their refusal to take responsibility, their poor-quality products, and their failure to uphold basic consumer rights are unacceptable. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. DO NOT BUY!!!!...

DONT DO IT. You’ll regret using them.

Wish it would let me give zero.
Products are substandard, extremely poor quality and nothing like as advertised.
Took far too long to arrive.
Returns policy is at your expense, obviously in the fine print, but refunds are practically non existent.
IMO they use the name Belvoir to hide these true reviews in another company.

SCAM ALERT!!

This is a drop shipping company which scam you out of your hard earned money. I ordered a coat which arrived 6 weeks later after I was informed it was going to take 5 working days. The website looks classy but I got a cheap and tacky coat which they sourced from Temu. I paid £49.99 for a coat but received an item I cant even wear. There is no customer service contact and their refund policy is a joke. Avoid them at all cost and save your money.

This is a big scam

This is a big scam. Nice classy website luring customers with 70 percent sale . The sale product is still around £50 .
Ordering cheap low quality stuff from across Asia , some of them on shein n Temu for £9 (atleast those sites are truthful to the price). Refund policy changes on website and is useless , no customer service contact. They also send you a second email offering a gift due to late delivery and order more s@&£ from their website. This is a big FRAUD.

Ordered a coat, material is ridiculous, ordered size M, received size L and I'm a size S.. The coat is like a child size, covering half of my arm and weirdly shaped. Refund policy a joke, was a big mistake, avoid this place.

Do not buy

Scam company, avoid. Cheap poor quality clothing. Fraudulently claims to be based in London and to be endorsed by people like David Beckham. Quality looks good on the pictures but the products are cheap quality and look nothing like the images. Posted from China and takes weeks to arrive. Also claims to offer returns but does not. They use the name Belvoir in order to capitalise on confusion with other companies. They also trade under a number of other website names such as 'lamodeanne' and 'fashion-glam'. Avoid at all costs
