Helpful and responsive
Helpful and responsive to all of my questions. I pre-ordered a OneWheel Pint from Ben Buckler Boards after watching the product launch video. The manufacturer OneWheel had an original shipping date to Australia of mid September, but when that date came and went Ben Buckler Boards were very proactive and open in passing along any information they received from OneWheel. When the OneWheel Pint arrived in Australia they called me to confirm the helmet size they included as part of the pre-order special to ensure quick dispatch and later emailed me when they received a notification from Australia Post that the delivery to my house was unsuccessful and that the parcel had been taken to the AustPost Depot.
Will purchase through their online store again and plan on purchasing a OneWheel Pint fender when they have them in stock
