Benisouk’s products are top quality and so beautiful. I bought a gorgeous thick, graphic pattern rug, followed by two pillows in beautiful colors. They made my family room!

I absolutely LOVE my rug! It is thick and soft to the touch. Everyone compliments me on it. It was packaged perfectly for shipping and arrived in a timely fashion unlike so many other companies' deliveries. MORE!

Overall a good experience and a really nice rug.

The process is super long, it took 4 months from ordering to delivery, but there were semi-regular updates so the communication was good.

It's just taking a very long time, much longer than anyone from Benisouk had ever quoted. It's March 9, and this rug order was placed in mid-October. We get an e-mail every other month... oh, it's been completed, now it is just being washed. Oh, it's being prepared for shipping. From what we hear, the rug has been finished since early January.

We live in an apartment where we are supposed to have rug covering on our floor, so the wait is actually bad for our downstairs neighbors.

Edit: added one star since the refund was processed without incident, but see that in benisouk’s reply they say to expect 10-12 weeks for custom rugs. This order was placed over 20 weeks ago, and still no rug. Only through constant prodding did I learn that they were eventually unhappy with the quality of my rug. Anything but a proactive response in light of this wait is just so suspect. The damage control? 10% discount offered, nothing exceptional.

Benisouk is a great vendor for us as interior designers. They are very communicative and have both unique vintage pieces along with custom items. We will most definitely be using them for our projects in the future!

BUYER BEWARE

My $1700 CAD rug arrived with a hole in it. This was NOT detailed on the website that the product was damaged.
I have contacted the business via email, phone, and social media multiple times and to no avail has anyone provided me the information for return.
Each time someone speak to me they assure me my return is being looked into then I never hear back. Tomorrow is the 14th day AKA the last day I can return within their “policy”.
I have requested a chargeback on my credit card and will encourage Mastercard to open a serious investigation into this company’s fraudulent policy and promises.

11 days and still no refund 1700 pounds

Although it was completely their fault my return was held at customs, I said I'd pay off the fees. Only they can do that however as there is no way to contact Moroccan customs. They said they would do it 11 days ago and return me the difference. I returned the run within the 14 days as is their policy - it is not my fault it took longer to get there. I'll be pursuing legal action of course as it's an extraordinary amount of money and they have the rugs.

There are many places to get rugs - for the amount of surcharge they put on their rugs you could travel to morocco from most places in Europe, buy one, stay the night, and still pay less money.

Very happy with the rug - exactly as advertised. We had some UPS issues with the shipment but Benisouk kindly reached out to see if there was anything they could do to assist. Would highly recommend and look forward to ordering another!

The rug is just beautiful. I thought long and hard about what to put in the grandchildren's bedroom and it has become a much cosier space. The grandchildren gave it a thumbs up!
