Vintage rug review
I ordered a vintage Moroccan rug from Benisouk. My rug came quickly and was beautiful and as pictured. It came clean and safely packaged. My only feedback was that I had emailed regarding how to clean and protect my rug and have not yet heard back. Overall, I highly recommend buying a rug from Benisouk!

We checked your tracking number and it shows that the package has been delivered. Our customer service has already sent you the proof of delivery.
We have also submitted a claim with the carrier regarding your package, if we don’t hear back from them within the next 24 hours, we will either send you a similar item or issue the refund.
UPDATE: The customer service has contacted you to pick the product of your choice . They are waiting for your reply before proceeding to shipment.

I recently ordered a yellow, black, and white rug made by the Beni Ourain tribe. I am so pleased with it! I love the intensity of the colors, and it is made very well. The shipping and delivery was seamless and extremely fast considering it came all the way from Marrakech! I will definitely be purchasing another rug from Benisouk in the future.
