This app states that you can cash out for one dollar but they don't tell you that you have to earn way more afterwards to be able to cash out. Honestly seems to be a scam app

I've was playing on the Benjamin app regularly.......and didn't have any issues in cashing out until March of 2026. I currently I have 2 withdrawal requests that have been in queue since then. People don't waste your time playing with this app. Not sure how and why things changed with them but I give up now waiting on any payment

They have owed me $ for weeks with no response from support. Terrible scam, DO NOT waste your valuable time with this app. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Don’t fall for this. Total scam. They will let you withdraw $1 on your first withdrawal then the rest of the money you made for playing is on hold.No date when it will be released.Play Kashkick it is better.

Do not waste your time with the Benjamin app (operated under Benjamin One Inc.).
​They intentionally force users to hit a high $25 minimum balance before even attempting a withdrawal. This guarantees you sink hours of work completing offers and generating revenue for them before you ever discover the cashout process is broken.
​Once you finally reach $25, withdrawal options like PayPal are completely grayed out. You can’t even get into a payout queue to request your money. The app hides behind generic excuses that cashouts are "down for maintenance," but access remains disabled indefinitely while your earned balance is held hostage. Support provides zero real answers or timelines.
​Extracting hours of user time and offer completions while blocking access to earned money is deceptive and wrong. Due to these practices and withheld funds, I have already filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and am pursuing further regulatory reports. Save yourself the massive headache and stay far away from this app.

Downloaded 2 games so far, rewards tracked on one and everything went fine, tracking didn’t work AT ALL on the 2nd one. There’s an event for doing surveys which I thought was a good deal, but the surveys take a while and pay almost nothing if they don’t kick you out after a few minutes. I thought this app was worth a try again but I feel like I made a bad decision.

PayPal is down as well. Venmo for almost a month. They say it’s a maintenance. I say they keep the money or they don’t have the money or both.

what’s going on Benjamin?

I’ve been with Benjamin for a year had a few successful withdrawals, but it’s always the same cycle when it hits the reward goes under review you wait a week or two or longer get approved
Once you get approved, they say you can successful withdraw your money, brother. Unfortunately, your PayPal and Venmo are under maintenance, which are not. It’s just a bunch of excuses.

As of now, PayPal Venmo are almost one month down

They’re leaving the gambling app option to withdraw and that’s it

Benjamin, you better pay up your users or it’s gonna hurt you a lot more than what you have to pay down the road

They say leave a review after the First withdrawal But there was only the one dollar it does not allow me to withdraw rest of the money says PayPal and Venmo unavailable. How do you even dare to ask for a review when you’re only allowed me the first dollar which I know it’s probably mandatory but rest of it. It’s unavailable. Shame on you.

This is one of the few app that actually pays you to play for games

I did not recieve my withdrawl. I spent hours getting to the limit only for it to be under review when I tried to cash out. Scam!
