This bus was coming down from Les 2 Alpes but the police had closed that road due for some time due to incidents on the road. This meant your bus arrived at the airport late and was the reason for the delay.
We hope you did arrive safely and are enjoying your holiday.
Value for money and pragmatic customer support
Good value for money and an easy way to get the it feels like every ski resort. I accidentally double booked myself transfer with them and they were very helpful! Shall use bens bus again

Booked for one person from Geneva Airport to Moutiers. The site worked well and was customer friendly. The price was competitive, yet to use my booking so not able to judge the travel experience.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. The bus was modern and immaculate, and always on time. Somehow it was half the price of similar transfers, so we saved a lot of money. Will definitely use again!

Great service for a budget option…
The website is pretty easy to navigate and use. Even changing buses is relatively easy. I had a minor issue with the booking but the team called me to make sure everything was correct and booked. The service is great for a relatively cheaper option. I’ve used before and will definitely use again.

Bens Buses were on time and provided a great transfer from Meribel. It would be an advantage to use some of the alternative large bus stops en route for the pickup/drop off. I'm thinking the Mussillon Bas stop would be great and save a lot of walking for people down the road.

I am incredibly grateful to the Ben's Bus Finance Team for their outstanding customer service and consideration. Due to the unfortunate evolving situation in the Middle East, which was entirely outside of my control, I had to cancel my booking. They were extremely understanding, processed the cancellation quickly, and, most importantly, issued a full refund of the entire amount. This level of support and empathy during a difficult time is truly commendable. I highly recommend Ben's Bus and hope to book with them again in the future.

I had some troubles with my flight last minute out of my control, so I couldn't make the flight and therefore the bus I had booked through Ben's Bus.
The team was super responsive and directly refunded me. All arranged in a few hours.
