Super service when missed our previous…
Super service when missed our previous booking to late incoming air craft. So grateful for the personel on site at Geneva Airport. Will definitely book and travel with Ben's Bus next time!

I mistakenly cancelled my booking
I've used Bens Bus on many occasions but messed up my most recent booking and instead of editing it I cancelled it then reordered it, but that left me with having paid twice and having not read the T&C's wasn't entitled to a reimbursement. Customer fault entirely, but as I'd paid twice I though Bens Bus might look upon the situation sympathetically, but then couldn't find their email, so left a poor 2 star rating. However Ben emailed me with good feedback, signposting to email and a refund. That in my book deserves a 5 star for service.

This is the third year I am using Bens…
This is the third year I am using Bens buses for Ski transfers and have found them very reliable and cost effective way of getting from the ariport at Geneva to the ski resort (Les Menuires). For a small additional price you can easily edit your booking as I have just done due to my flight time changing.

I had a great experience with Ben’s Bus…
I had a great experience with Ben’s Bus for my ski transfer. The pick up and drop off were smooth and well organised, and the staff were really helpful in making sure I found the correct bus at the airport.
What stood out most was their customer service. I needed to make changes to my reservation and they handled everything quickly and without any hassle. They double checked that I was booked on the correct day and airport and processed my refund immediately.
Reliable, easy to deal with, and exactly what you want after a long travel day. This is the service I use whenever I’m heading to the French Alps.
