Great customer service. Had to cancel due to unexpected circumstances and received a refund quickly thanks to Ben’s Bus Plus. Clear communication and smooth handling :)
I made an error in my booking and Matt, on the Geneva team, addressed and corrected it within an hour of me contacting them. Brilliant. Thank you!
Booking process is simple and I have used them before, reliable and comfortable
Great service I have used them multiple times. Got me a taxi to alpe d’huez after the bus when no one else was going there on our transfer.
Nice and safe travel. Management doing the extra mile for us, to ensure we have smooth travel. Thank you
Weve used Ben's twice now and would not hesitate to use again. The communications were excellent and the buses were clean, comfortable and well driven. And it was great value. It's obvious that Ben's is run by an intelligent team who care about their customers.
Have used this company for many years, always happy with service and price.
Fantastic service from Ben's Bus, I made an error with my booking and they were so helpful adjusting my booking.
Very friendly and helpful, extremely responsive and all resolved with ease.
the menu system showing all the flights and departure and arrival airports together with the linking bus times is genius and super helpful for bookingflights
Nathalie went above and beyond to help get us to our destination. Thank you so much!
The price point was absolutely spot on and helped make our trip viable. However, one small disappointment is the travel times do seem excessive which result in losing holiday time due to early collections and late hotel drops.
My advice before booking with Ben’s Bus is to check their “Contact Us” page carefully. There is no phone number, and if something goes wrong, emails may go unanswered; leaving you with little option other than pursuing the matter through the courts.
I travelled with Ben’s Bus last year and would describe the experience as 'disorganised chaos'. We did eventually reach our destination, but only by staying alert and managing issues ourselves.
This year, however, we didn’t even make it back from our destination.
For our return transfer to the airport, we were informed over an hour after our scheduled departure that our bus had crashed en-route and that we might be able to squeeze onto the next available coach. Due to widespread road issues that day, delays were already significant. Our contractually agreed transfer was from the resort to Grenoble Airport, but we missed two flights as a result of our coach crashing and never arriving, and the road issues on top.
Knowing we would now have to stay overnight, we booked accommodation near Grenoble Airport. Despite this, we were dropped off in Grenoble town centre, approximately 40 minutes (42km) from the airport with no warning whatsoever, which is directly contrary to their own Terms and Conditions.
I raised this formally, confirmed that Ben’s Bus was in breach of contract (including clause 5.2 of their T&Cs), and requested a refund to cover the €200+ taxi cost we were forced to pay to complete the journey. Since then, they have gone completely silent.
My advice to anyone considering a transfer: pay a little more and use a company that offers reliable service and proper customer support. If something goes wrong, Ben’s Bus may simply ignore you and leave you out of pocket.
