Easy to book and highly reliable service. This is my 2nd time using Bens Bus!

Great prices and easy booking

The sight was good but felt under pressure to complete form as time ticking away in red. Also slightly disappointed that price increased as we wanted transfers during the week . The price of the return bus from airport to resort was almost as much as the return flight to France from the UK!.... Have never been to ski resort before so this is all new to me. Have'nt actually used the service yet but reviews look amazing so looking forward to meeting all the lovely staff members .

Always used bens bus for Tignes and Val thorens. Easy website to navgate

We spoke to Caroline that was on site taking care of the next Bensbus leaving for Val Claret and she made arrangements so we could book the 2 free places on the next bus leaving for Val Claret

Everything went well. The staff and drivers were all wonderful.

We were very impressed with Ben’s Bus on our recent travels to La Plagne. We were able to transfer to an earlier bus on our outbound journey and, at their suggestion, were able to get an earlier transfer when leaving Belle Plagne. Although it meant we had a longer wait at the airport, if we had gone with our original bus we may have missed our flight back to the UK. Also the driver on our return journey was most entertaining! His name was Sebastian and the coach was a Loyet one. We have used Ben’s Bus on many occasions and have always been impressed - but we particularly wanted to pass on our compliments on this occasion.

Friendly, efficient service at the airport.Driver gave information about the route,timings and transferring to other buses at Moutiers.
No niggles

First of all Ben's Bus web site does not provide an email contact. However, I found info at bensbus.co.uk, initially getting an automated reply. Resending eventually got a human response.

I was staying at Belambra Panorama and the nearest of Ben's bus stops was at the Terasses d'Eos and getting there at the beginning of the holiday meant using the shuttle bus to go back one stop. This was no problem as it was early evening.

However, to get to the stop for the return for my 05:45 pickup (no shuttle available at that time) entailed walking about 1km along a dangerous road in the dark. The alternative "short route", which I eventually took (about 400m) meant walking down a ski slope and then an icy path. It was not helped by there being a new 10cm layer of snow, which resulted in me having to carry a heavy bag.

I politely asked if it was possible to be picked up at the following shuttle bus stop (Les Hameau Les Gerats) that they would go right past and is next to the Belambra. They replied that they operate three designated stops in Flaine and "It's not possible to deviate from these stops".

I understand them wanting to have fixed stops, but their intransigence in not realising that I had made a valid point about the difficulty of getting to their stop was very poor and unreasonable, considering the time and conditions.

There were another 3 people that were in the same situation as me and they made other arrangements. It is worth adding that if my wife had been with me, she could not have made the walk that I did. I would have used a taxi if possible but there were none available.

The minimum they should do is add Les Hameau Les Gerats as an extra stop on their route.

I will never use Ben's Bus again.

easy to book, and plenty of helpful transport options

Booked a shared transfer for 4 people to return from Flaine to Geneva airport. Great detail in the booking process and in follow on communication for exactly where the pick up would be, and options to change it if you find yourself elsewhere in the resort.
Very comfortable coach, nice driver, no issues, and great value for money. Would use Ben's Bus again!

Its just an easy experience from booking to the actual travel and at a competitive cost.

However, I would like to point out that the reality on board is currently quite uncomfortable. The driver’s door does not close properly, which allows cold air to enter the bus continuously. This causes significant discomfort due to the cold temperature inside, as well as constant wind noise, which is also disturbing from an auditory point of view.

This situation affects passengers’ comfort throughout the journey, and I believe it would be important to address it as soon as possible.

Quite disappointed by the service. I booked the bus from Lyon to Tignes and instead of a designated bus, we were put on an SNCF bus that made tons of stops and then I had to make a connection to another bus along the way. I as a result, the route that was supposed to take 3.5hrs on the Flix Bus took 6.5hrs. It seems that Ben's bus just sells leftover seats of other various bus providers.
