The engineer was excellent - polite, friendly, knowledgeable. He explained, clearly, everything he was doing. I was not so happy with the person doing the accounts. I received a premature email asking me to settle the bill. When I did pay on the day the engineer came, giving my name, as I hadn't received an invoice no. I was then asked to pay a week later. This was resolved quickly though.

Arrived on time, friendly manner. Diagnosed the problem very quickly and offered a solution. Would be very happy to use again or recommend.

Phoned in the morning and the engineer came out in the afternoon and fixed my faulty oven.

Great service from the visit to the showroom to the installation of my cooker.

The service was brilliant from start to finish. I knew exactly when they were coming and the repair was completed efficiently. I really recommend.

My appliances were very old models so they could not get the parts needed to repair them. They are a reliable business and otherwise they do repair and replace parts when available.

I will call them again if any appliance needs servicing.
