We have sites in California, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. Works as advertised but some concerns
My 3 star rating is with mixed emotions and results. First and most important, I have been using this product for 30 days now and have notice a remarkable improvement in my nightly bathroom stops. Went from 2 times a night to 0, so the product does work as advertised. The downside, I seem to have an allergic reaction to the product resulting in a mild itchy rash all over my body. It may be the Mega dose of Vitamin E that it contains ....13 times more than recommended. Further Irony -- some research has shown that high doses of Vitamin E may cause prostate cancer. As a result I have quit taking this product and have switched to another brand with similar ingredients but no Vitamin E

It is difficult to say how long you should be taking our supplement because every individual is different. Most men see improvements in 3-6 months while others require more time to heal. Healing is dependent on several factors like the severity of the disease, the body’s ability to heal itself, your commitment to improving your diet and lifestyle, and many more.
There is no definitive time frame as to how long you should take the Prostate Health Program. Taking supplements will absolutely help but this is not an overnight fix, these aren’t chemicals, they’re nutrients. Many factors contribute to how well a supplement works. Because of the individual differences in body systems, one supplement may prove benefits in 2-3 months to an individual and more time like 6 or more months to another individual. The extent of benefits can also range from subtle to powerful so it is important to first allow time for the supplements to work within the system. It is simply a case of persevering for a short while as your body and mind adapt. It is also important to find a balance: this includes a lifestyle, diet, and a supplement plan to suit you.
To help you further, I recommend avoiding/limiting dairy, sugary drinks, and foods as well as salty ones. Eat lots of vegetables and add more raw green salads to your diet. Since I’ve been taking Ben’s total health.
Since I’ve been taking Ben’s total health for the prostate, my PSA score has gone from 6.6 to 4.2. I’m still getting up at night anywhere from 1 to 4 times a night. Most nights it’s two times, I’m going to keep taking it. I’ve been taking it now for 6 mons, I’m hoping waking up at night will get better. That’s it for now.
