Great product: Ben's natural health…
I'm starting using Ben's natural health two months ago and my psa lower from 13.5 to 12.00 but am concerned because I did a MRI two days ago and showed up cancel cell with PI- RADS3. Do you have any sugestiion or advice about this matter.
This is a great natural product and try something else and don't work like this one

Waste of my money and very expensive
No problem arriving in the post. But it did nothing for my enlarged prostate symptoms. Despite all the promises. And £50 for 1 months worth. And then they told me there was in fact no money back guarantee,that was for their product prostate health, but not for prostate power which I bought. Wished id avoided Ben's natural products, I'd give it a wide berth. Im going to try more reliable high Street sellers

I had Green Light procedure in 2020 and…
I had Green Light procedure in 2020 and my doctor advised me that my PSA would be high for a year, at the 8 month period my PSA was 10, after a year it was 8.5, In September 2021 i started to have Bens Total health Prostae Health and the Syrup, Earlie when i used to have a showere and do a self exam of my prostate i could feel the swelling however for the past month i can barely feel my prostate when i do the self exam, my night time waking up has become almost non exsistent, I may wake up one time a night down from the three to four, I have not stopped drinking water after 6pm either, I feel the best i have, I went to get my PSA checked yesterday and have not received my results yet, I dont know if this is good or something that i should worry about.

It works!
I am a 61 year old, African American male (for reference). And I've been having prostate problems for the last five years. February of 2020, I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate -- in which prescription and medication did not work. January of 2021, the doctor told me that I had prostate cancer, along with an enlarged prostate; my prostate cancer was very, very small. My PSA was 3.73. At that time, the doctor insisted to remove my prostate, after performing my biopsy. I did not like that option. That's when I decided in the summer of 2021, I would take Ben's Total Health for the Prostate and Prostate Healer religiously! I also changed my diet, and I exercised three days a week. On January 17, 2022, I had my PSA done and the results were 1.87. The doctors cannot believe it. Thank you, Ben! I urge everyone to take these supplements.

Appreciate the consultation
I much appreciated the phone consult with Lara, as to the pros and cons of the UroLift procedure, which I am considering. I have been taking supplements for years (including Ben’s Total Health) and exercising regularly, but my symptoms seem to be gradually worsening, though my PSA level remains in the normal range. So, I am considering UroLift, as I want to avoid having to be catheterized as long as possible. I am 75 years old. The consultation with Lara was very helpful.

My PSA over the last 4 Yrs had gone…
My PSA over the last 4 Yrs had gone from 3.8 to 5.0. I have been on the Prostate Health Program for 4 months. My PSA is down to 2.1, AMAZING! I truly believe that the Prostrate Health Program, along with changing my diet, (cut out sugar, diet soda, beer), exercise and prayer made this happen.

While we do have one chapter dedicated to informing customers of our prostate supplements, this only makes up a small part of the book. The information is given in the book about the supplements simply explains why the ingredients in each supplement are conducive for prostate health. We include our products in our book because we genuinely feel that taking our supplements (in conjunction with the recommendations concerning nutrition and exercise) is the safest and most effective treatment for prostate issues, and ultimately the book is designed to support this.
The book, 'All About The Prostate', which is a significant, well-researched, and cited document still stands alone. If you implement the diet plans that we set out (90 days ketogenic, and then a variation on the Mediterranean) along with the exercise plans that we layout in there, I would not doubt that you would see improvements.
This book is an extensive guide about the prostate. Taking our supplements is only one of three things you can do to improve your prostate health.

Please bear in mind when you take our supplements that the best impact is when you take steps to change the aspects of your diet and lifestyle that caused the Prostate to enlarge in the first place - poor diet, processed food, and lack of exercise. Improving those factors will dramatically improve the impact of our supplements. Otherwise, it's a bit like running on a treadmill - the supplements will move you forward while the other factors move you back.
Another factor is the overall health of your prostate - how much it has deteriorated through the years, and the severity of any disease you may have.
