As always, we received excellent service from Ben and would recommend his work without hesitation.

A very reliable workman who has a very good standard of workmanship and makes sure everything is left clean and tidy when he has finished. I would recommend Ben to anyone who needs electrical work in their premises.

We had a small electrical job to be done and Ben was recommended by our plumber(!). After a telephone call Ben arrived on time on the day agreed to provide a quote. He even arrived equipped with a face mask so he could carry out a one to one conversation regarding the job. We agreed a day/date and again he was on time, the job was carried out efficiently, quickly and very cleanly. In fact, other than the work completed we would not have known he had been! We would not hesitate to use him again and also to recommend him to anyone else.

He is easily the neatest, most tidy and considerate Electrician ( or Tradesperson ) that we have ever had work for us.He is just as happy to undertake smaller, lower budget jobs for people, as he is larger, higher spec projects, and will do either, with the same courteous, friendly, dependable manner.

Just four years after occupying our newly built home over 60% of our LED downlights had failed. Unable to elicit any help from the initial suppliers and installers we were left needing to organise replacement. This was a daunting task as all rooms throughout the house were affected leaving the prospect of a considerable degree of ceiling repair from the removal and installation of new and different fittings. Following an initial site visit Ben drew up a schedule for the optimum relocation of the remaining working fittings and the procurement and installation of new units. This work was completed promptly and at a totally fair price - with no damage to ceilings! This first illustration of Ben’s excellence has been typical of all the other works we have subsequently engaged him to undertake. We are very happy to offer a completely unreserved recommendation. Ben did some electrical work for us recently and I really cannot fault anything. The work itself was carried out extremely well, and not only did he make a very good job of the new sockets, striplight, etc. but he also tidied up as if he'd never been there, including refitting the carpet taken up to run the new cable.

I got Ben in to change a consumer unit and a lot of work in the kitchen. Cost wise he is very good which is important to a lot of people. Nice polite guy who does a very good tidy job. gives honest opinion and advice without trying to push you into more work.

Ben came within 24 hours of my contacting him, was prompt, diagnosed the problem accurately, gave me a timetable for doing the work, which he completely stuck to; work done, successfully, on time and price. Hand delivered a test certificate for the work he'd carried out.

We have been using Ben for over 2 years now, as we renovate our house, starting with an emergency fix, followed by a full re-wire and then further updates as we go along. Ben has been outstanding throughout, he comes when he says he will, cracks on with the job and does it well. He discusses issues and listens properly, rather than just telling us his views. He is also very good at clearing up after himself, which is a habit many other tradesmen could usefully learn!

His after-care service is also excellent - we had issues with some security lights which failed repeatedly and he willingly returned several times and eventually replaced them without making a fuss. He properly stands behind his work.

He is also flexible and helpful - he will happily try and pop in to do small jobs at short notice, if at all possible.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone requiring electrical work - I just wish I could find more like him in other trades!
